I was visiting Ripon from out of town when I had the misfortune of having a punctured tire on my BMW. I showed up at the service department without an appointment asking for help with my plight. I was immediately greeted at the service door, and the Service Manager, Chad Campbell, got me in right away. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road. I commend Homan Ford and Chad Campbell for exemplifying what customer service is all about. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
I recently purchased a new Expedition after the AC went out in my Van. I called up and visited with one of the Salesmen over the phone to see what they had in stock that might fit my needs. We went in with the kids and ended up taking the vehicle home with us that afternoon after they got everything all ready for us. The Salesman even came out to the house to help put the finishing touches on a few minor items that we were having some trouble with.
Hands down the easiest and best experience that we have ever had in buying a car.

My sales rep spent all the time I needed and explained in detail the ins and outs of the vehicle. He was very patient with me and was there for follow up questions after the purchase. Mark was great and if I ever need another vehicle I will contact them first.
Curtious professional knowledgeable represented the product well presented the truck to me very clean and went through all the electronics with me glad to have a quality FORD dealer close to me will be doing future business with Klein.
Everything went smoothly and work-to-be-done was explained. I am an elderly woman and they do their best to be sure I understand what they are doing and what they feel should be taken care of with my older car. They are always very helpful.

I talked with Andy via email and phone, found a Ford Edge at a different dealer that had the options we wanted. Rather than try to talk us into a different model or options, he made a deal with the other dealership THAT DAY to trade for it. It was ready the next morning, and my wife got a thorough walk through on all the options and how to use them. Paperwork took less than 20 minutes. All told, we were at the dealership for 1 hour start to finish. Honesty, price transparency, and quick action made this the BEST buying experience ever.
This place is excellent! We had a HUGE problem with another local Ford dealer, not Bergstrom owned, and Ford Bergstrom in Neenah stepped up to help us out in any way they could. Specifically Mark (service manager) and Rick in sales. Both excellent, professional, and great to work with! I cannot say enough good things about how things were handled from start to finish. Highly recommend!
