Extremely satisfied F150 owner!

I purchased a 2012 F150 from Heritage, so when a 2017 on the lot caught my eye, I stopped in. I was lucky enough to be paired with Dylan Krause. Dylan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable (seriously -- he knew everything about the truck), professional, and personable -- not mention incredibly responsive to any and all questions I had throughout the purchase process. In short order, and with Adam's help, we had a deal worked out that I couldn't refuse. Dylan then went hard to work getting the add-ons I requested taken care of. This is when I was again lucky to be paired with Abby. She had all of the paperwork in order in no time -- and then happily handled several rounds of questions from me about warranties and service plans. She had the answers every time, and delivered them in a friendly and professional manner. Here's where the story gets interesting. While inspecting the truck, Dylan found a scratch on one of the doors, and was working to get it repaired. Long story short, some issues were encountered, and the truck was not satisfactory at delivery time. At this point things could have gotten uncomfortable -- but Dylan assured me he had my back -- and then Mike stepped in. Dylan and Mike located a comparable truck at a nearby dealership, and had it in hand in a couple days. Dylan worked tirelessly to get it ready for me in one day, and Abby jumped back in to un-tangle paperwork. All three of them apologized profusely. My response to all of them was: It's easy when things go smooth -- you really find out who you are dealing with when things go wrong. Because of this group, Heritage has a customer for life.
