After identifying what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with several option which helped with my selection. Mr Henshaw followed the Car Max procedure which covered a detailed outline that indeed provided a very smooth and thorough handling of all paperwork within a timely fashion. I rate Mr Henshaw 5+
A Ford dealership on Rt 95 in Kenly that deals honestly and with integrity. Using cars.com I found the 2016 Mustang covertible with the color and options I was looking for. I contacted Joe Husick, their internet sales person as I'm located an hour away from Kenly Ford. Joe quickly responded to my email answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed my trade and what it would be valued at.
I drove to Kenly to see the car and it was exactly how Joe described it. He offered me the value we discussed for my trade and I bought the car on the spot. The folks at Kenly are honest and nice people. It was well worth my drive and I would look at Kenly in the future for my cars.

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT from Joe Husick at Kenly Ford yesterday. Four things that made all the difference: (1) I did not feel pushed or pressured or rushed at any point during the visit. That is a big deal to me. (2) Joe Husick worked hard to make our trade-in value fit what he had quoted me over the phone. After he pointed out the wear and tear, it was easy to see it wasn't worth as much as we all thought. But he did his best to match the number he told me earlier and he came very close to it. (3) Husick went out of his way to help me move and install two huge Britax carseats into the vehicle for the test drive (that is no easy task). He was very attentive to installing them just right. I was shopping without my husband (he's a Marine) with an infant and toddler in tow, and Joe Husick helped me out a ton. He helped way more than he had to. (4) Everyone at Kenly was very friendly toward my kids. My toddler kept wanting to walk around the new car floor and all the gentlemen up there were very kind to her. The business manager was super sweet and patient while my kids were boucing around and making all sorts of noise. Nobody judged me when my kids were crying at different points. Overall, we had a VERY good experience at Kenly. I highly recommend it.

After looking at the Kenly Ford website, I completed an email inquiry and was contacted by Johnny Jackson in less than 24 hours. Mr.Jackson was very helpful and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about Ford products and helped me narrow down my options. He was honest and straightforward and found me a great rate for financing. Milly in finance was very efficient as well. Best of all, the car that I purchased was a great price!

I was looking for a used Ford Mustang (about 2-3 years old) for about 1 year. I did my research and stopped at many local car dealerships. What turned me personally off most was the typical salesman attitude. I could not stand it. Usually you don't get any questions answered, but getting pushed into test drives and commitments. Not so at Kenly Ford! I found a car with them I really liked (and the price was super fair also), but hesitated for a couple of days to contact them as they are a 3+ hours drive away for me. After I made up my mind a wrote a contact request to Joe H. the online sales manager. He answered me back per email and call within 10 minutes. After just a few minutes on the phone he was showing real honesty with telling me about flaws the car has and you can not see on the pictures. I found that pretty remarkable!!! I had to talk to my husband and clear finances before I could tell him more. There was no pushing, no salesman tactics- nothing. I called back a day later and Joe did absolutely everything to get us the most possible deal in financing. The trade-in for my vehicle was fairly evaluated and there have been no hidden costs or tricks. After a few days we drove to Kenly on a day we both had to work later that day, so time was really an issue. Joe came earlier to work that day to start with the paperwork and be ready for us to trade cars. Have you ever heard something like that? We drove the old car there, got welcomed in the store like old friends and left a few hours later with the new car and the best buying experience in a very long time. The store is smaller and maybe not convenient located for some people, but believe me fellow-buyers; this honest and friendly place is worth the drive.
In order to SYNCH with my IPhone6, I had to upgrade the SYNCH system in my CMAX. The upgrade worked but also removed all of my presets for SIRIUS. I was not warned of this. I feel that the upgrade could save the presets and reset them after upgrading the software. WARNING: If your car is not under warranty, the software upgrade costs $105.
