I really liked my salesman Josh Weatherall, he was very prompt on the cars that wanted to look. He was also very professional and kind. We really appreciated Josh and the GM for staying as late as they did for us. We love our new Ford Explorer thanks again Texas Country Ford for making us comfortable during the process.
I would give them all a 5, but everything and everyone has room to improve. Overall, they have GREAT customer service and made my buying experience an easy one. I am a loan officer and I am very picky/ skeptical about purchasing new/ used auto's, but they stuck to their word the whole time!
