I’ve been a customer of Robert Clay for years, and have purchased several vehicles from him including the 1500 Silverado I leased yesterday. He is very professional and down to earth, he will work with any budget or any number you give him. I can’t express how much I respect him, thank you for everything Rob!!!!
Few weeks ago I had my car service by Dan Curley......awesome job....inspection etc...10/31/2018 my first accident in a lot of years....I called next morning took my car down....Nate R. took care of me and my car right away....(Have to say the two young ladys at the front very friendly and great big smiles and they also do excellent job) Work was done I am very happy I purschase my car there (after 19 years holding on to my other car why did I ever do that) But I am one happy camper.......I was treated awesome and the service on both visit really great....Thank you staff at Kenny Ross Ford Library Road.....
Me and my wife came to dealership to see what they had to offer and what would work for us. Our salesman Steve wine from the beginning made the car buying experience and enjoyable one. He made it a point to see what we wanted and never tried to persuade us into something we didn???t want or need. I would recommend anyone to go see Steve for any car purchase.
Came in with a tiny budget, and a plan to take full advantage of a ridiculous amount of incentives that Ford offered. Steve Wine and the rest didn't try to shove anything, understanding my situation even though the factory incentives completely undercut them. Good people, and one of the best purchases I have ever made.
I recently purchased a used car from Kenny Ross Ford. I experienced NO pushy sales pitches or efforts at intimidation toward purchasing from any of the staff (we interacted with 3 employees). My sales person was Steve, who I found to be kind and easy to work with. I was given the time and space to consider my options when needed. In meeting with Wendy, the financial consultant, I felt respected when I was not inclined toward warranty options. I like my car and would definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future.
We had purchased a new Lincoln MKX previously from Phil Fitts and returned to purchase a used MKC. Our salesman, Albee Mangino, from whom we had purchased the MKX, was again very helpful, friendly, and fair. We believe we received a fair deal and are very pleased with the MKC. We also returned due to the excellent service department.
I purchased truck sight unseen on Greg's word and a few pictures. The truck was excellent beyond expectation and the experience was one of the easiest purchases of a vehicle yet. My thanks to Greg, Bob and the rest of the team at Woltz & Wind Ford.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Buying process was calm. My husband usually gets pretty worked up but our salesman Jason was very nice to deal with. Very polite and informative. Would buy from Jason again. As for the showroom,needs updated. But you don't buy the showroom so it was ok.
I was having issues with my van and Ben Stewart didn't hesitate to help me out! He went above and beyond the call of duty for me.
