I had a battery problem while traveling away from home. While waiting for AAA to give me a "jump start", I called Crossroads Ford/Lincoln in Sanford NC. I spoke with Kristi and explained my situation and that I needed a battery, and that I would arrive in about an hour. Upon my arrival, the work order had been prepared and Kristi immediately took my vehicle to the service department. New battery was installed and I was on my way home in less than 30 minutes. THANKS, Kristi, and too all in the service department, as you have always been responsive to my service needs. This dealership has serviced my Ford/Lincoln vehicles for the past 19 Years.

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
The one think I truly liked was the car wash. When I went several weeks ago one of the wash guys informed me that Kevin SAID we could only us the car wash when you had an oil change. So now I can only get my car washed once ever 4 or 5 months. I don't drive 5 thousand miles a month. With a new car and a truck that is only 3and 1/2 years old you would think a small thing like a car wash would not be asking to much. We have both of them washed and waxed every year at Montgomery motor's. Montgomery Motors does all of the work on both of them. "Sorry no more car washes" Thanks Betty Spivey

For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.
I really appreciated the customer service they provided me. I was in a bit of a hurry (who isn't) and they advised me of the time frame it would take for my oil change & multi point inspection.
As I waiting in their employee lounge (which was very comfy) - they could stop by and let me know the status & that they were on time w/ everything and I would have my car a little earlier than estimated.
It was a great experience and I appreciated the service they provided me.
Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
To be honest, I didn???t wake up wanting to buy a car but the car my son was driving wasn???t doing so hot. After checking the local area through USAA, I came apon JT Auto and found the vehicle that met most of my requirements. After a bit of deliberation, I made the hour drive out to Sanford and met Devin and TJ. They are great to work with. No pressure from them or sugarcoating. They knew I had everything set up before I got there and listened to my requests and renegotiated. Trust me, I did have fun doing this. I almost got everything I wanted. (Almost 3/4 of it 😉). Thanks TJ and Devin.

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
I recently purchased a F-150 in the Lariat trim. I don't have quite 500 miles on the truck but I couldn't be happier with it, Crossroads Ford or Mike Thomas. Mike sold me the truck I wanted and at the price I wanted. I have not had to use Crossroads Ford service department as yet but if the service is anything like the sales department, then taking the truck to Crossroads Ford for servicing should make for an excellent and friendly experience.

The Escape is a great vehicle. It has exceeded all of our expectations.The Escape provides a very comfortable ride .We are so glad we Switched to Ford !
When I had a dead battery and a local auto parts store said that there was nothing wrong with my battery I called the Southern Pines Buick dealership to see if I could get the battery checked. I was told to bring the car right in and they would check the battery. I used my battery charger to get the car started and took it in to the garage. They took my car in right away and checked the battery as soon as they could get to it. They replaced the battery under warranty. All of the people that I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. I will use the dealership for further care of my 2014 Buick Regal.

I absolutely love this vehicle. The 2018 handles easier than the 2016 I previously owned. I also love the white gold color. Ford has truly amazed me with their awesome updates.
the service department was very nice and helpful. my service was completed in a very timely matter. I like that kind of service. you don't get that anywhere else. I also just purchased a 2016 F-250 from the dealership and my experience was good there also.

We love our 2018 Ford Escape! We ended up with the Titanium trim level which has all the "bells and whistles." Comparing it to similar vehicles (Foresters, Sportages, Santa Fes) we have no regrets. With the Escape we feel you get a car that sits a little higher than the others but still has a smooth ride. At the trim level we purchased, we feel like you are driving a luxury vehicle but not near the price of the others base models.
Brought in my 2016 Edge for its one year service. Have only 8800+ miles but want to take good care of it. Was a walk-in but it was ready within the time promised. Gave me just enough time to visit with the GM, Sales Manager and my Salesperson. Been a customer since 2012 and the staff is always very friendly.

The escape is very nice and a lot of room for our vactions. the gas mileage is very good around 30 so far with only 600 miles on it. thanks ford.
