This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.
In searching for a new car for a family member, I "dealt" with another dealer (in the Houston area as well) first. The other dealer's "Internet Sales" manager was a complete joke (not so Friendly)! After many emails, one phone call and several days waiting, I absolutely made zero progress. With that very recent experience as the backdrop, I re-started the search. I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.

Very well designed, for safety, comfort, features, roominess, and looks. We are very happy with what we got for a price that is within our budget.
Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
The sales department is always a bit slow as was the case on ...day but Andy Hollister to the immediate rescue! I was about to walk out but saw my initial contact person was in the middle of an ???intense negotiation??? that deserved his total focus. I understood and would want that too when needed. But I alas was left hanging. I Saw Andy and knew him from past dealings and told him the situation. Well he immediately stepped up and lucky for him he made the sale! Thanks so much Andrew Hollister. You???re the best, best, best! 👍😎🐬🌴 The guys in service go out of their way to help you, inform you and research your specific needs and warranty at the time you need to know, on your timeline, not theirs necessarily. I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
I have been to many dealerships for service and sales. I decided to take my vehicle in for service to Munday Chevrolet after many bad experiences t other locations. All service advisors are very nice, there is only a couple of senior advisors, One in particular a lady name Connie, is always on the move and she always answers all my question. I like the fact that they don't lie to me and are up front and forward. I will continue going in for service and most likely I will be purchasing a new vehicle.

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
Here are the major positives with the buying experience: 1) I phone shopped for several weeks. I asked drive-out price only. If I didn't get a drive-out price commitment over the phone, I would not do business with that dealership. Ken gave me a drive-out price over the phone with no qualifiers. And, when I went to the Planet Ford to drive the vehicle, the dealership honored the price given over the phone. I would have walked if the price changed, even in the slightest way. 2) Never felt pressured by Ken to make the buy commitment. He answered my questions and was extremely patient. 3) The post-commitment process was efficient and almost pain free as those things go. 4) Every person on the show room floor that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I assume most where salespersons. They all treated me as if I was their personal customer, even though they were not connected to this sale. It made a lasting impression. I applaud the culture that I experienced at Planet Ford.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition. My salesman Danny Nathan, was very helpful and nice. Although he was helping multiple clients and one time, there was a delay in getting answers and information. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my vehicle as soon as we drove it off the lot. Danny ensured us it would be taken care of. Eventually it was. In a perfect world I feel my family should have been compensated more for purchasing a brand new vehicle and it spending 3 of the first 5 days I "owned" it in the shop.

I bought the vehicle 6 days ago. I love it and look forward to driving it! Vehicle is comfortable and reliable and comfortably fits my kids and husband at 6'8".
Perry was great, very friendly and courteous. I dropped off my car around 7:30 AM, and he called before 11 to tell me what was wrong, he was patient and didn’t sound condescending when he explained what caused the problems, and which part was warranty repair and how much I had to pay for the non warranty work... the car was ready for pick up around 5:15, but it was a Monday so I wasn’t surprised that it took all day

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

The Escape is a nice car Its a good value to us so far and the only 1 gripe is the stop start when you stop. You can turn it off but has to be done every drive.
From the gal Carla who woke the me up and who ended up being great on the phone to frank my salesman to jaime in service I had a great time. Manny sure knows how to hire quality people. Yea, I would highly recommend beck and masten south to all my friends, family and coworkers; and I have. :-)

I really like it. The seats fold flat only because of the special mechanism when the seats fold down. I wish it was truly flat. I test drove one where it was broken so the seats did not fold flat. The steering wheel is a little small I feel. I'd like it to be a bit wider specifically. The Bluetooth audio is subpar in my base model, so getting the options of android auto or Apple car play is definitely worth the money. I wish the fuel economy was a tad better, but it's whatever.
This one is a winner. I would purchase another one when needed. No improvement is need, Ford seemed to think of everything. It has performance and comfort, easy to drive. Great fuel economy, 25 in city and 30+ on the highway. I have the 1.5 liter engine with turbo charge, has a lot snap.
Recently took my F-250 in for service for the 2nd time in the past 3 months and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. My first experience was for an oil change. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. My 2nd experience with the service department was as equally pleasant. Thanks for the great service and keep up the great work Tommie Vaughn!

I purchased a 2017 escape and it 70,000 miles my transmission went out. I took it to the dealer fortunately I had the extended warranty However, the dealer has had my vehicle now for four weeks and still has not put it on the rack to find out what’s wrong with it. If you go to Parsons Ford in West Virginia and have the extended warranty will give you a loaner car. But you may not get your car back for weeks on end and did not expect a transmission go out this early.
The only thing I had an issue with is that on my extended warranty work I was not informed by the dealership that I had a $100 co-pay which took me by surprised. I had no problem paying it. I just think that as a courtesy that the service manager should of informed me so that I was prepared for it. My car is 5 years old so any type of conversation about have a co-payment had been long forgotten. Everything else was great though.
Had very low miles on it.
