We were shopping for a Honda Civic and after talking to a dealer in Louisville, we went to Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort. SO glad we did. We were treated like royalty from the moment we entered the place until we drove our 2017 Civic EX off the lot. Parker, Gary, Will and several other employees made the experience easy and pleasurable. The people were fantastic and we couldn't find a better deal anywhere- whether online or at another dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Honda at a great price. Go talk to these guys and you will not be disappointed!
Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Very good. Everything went well. I'll be back. New 2016 Explorer. John was great to work with, answered every question.

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
Anna is always a joy to see she remembers me and my truck and knows exactly what it needs and wastes no time in getting the job done then calls to let me know when it's done . The only thing that would make Anna's service better is if it were free lol . Town and country ford service is great but the girls at the service counter make it AWESOME !!!!!
Owned Many cars and this is the best.

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
Service personnel (Chris) was extremely polite and courteous. Greatly appreciate that Crossroad Ford now has some limited Saturday service hours. While it took months to get the parts needed for my vehicle, once received they were able to make the repairs very quickly.

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.
Went in to purchase a 2019 Explorer Platinum and dealt with salesman Stan Grzebinski. He was great to deal with and we never felt the usual headache, pressured sales or any type of ???numbers game??? that unfortunately seems to be present when buying a new car (as a side note, we had just left another Ford dealership in the Louisville area, earlier that afternoon, which employed those type of tactics. So needless to say, they lost a sale). Stan was a great salesman to deal with as well as manager Manny Rodriguez and finance employee Gary West. The wife loves her new 2019 Ford Explorer Platinum. This suv has met all our needs and is very comfortable. Easy entry and exit. Smooth ride and has great vision. Handles well in traffic.
They were very busy when I went in for service on my 2013 Edge. I was told it might be a couple of hours which was fine for me. It turned out to only be an hour. The staff at there are always friendly and make sure you are satisfied with the service. The odd thing was when we had the recent snow storm my windshield wipers would spray the cleaner fluid. I had to take it back to be checked. They got right to it and repaired it. I am so happy with the services they provide. They are always super busy when I go there but they don't let it bother them. They aren't ever angry or upset because they are crazy busy. Love them!

This car meets our needs for style, size, price! We test drove the car and knew right away that this was the vehicle for us. Love it!
I purchase a 2016 Ford Fusion. My salesmen is Dan Williams. I arrived about 1 hour before my scheduled appointment. Mr. Michael Williams (service advisor) signed me in and took care of everything. I was finished in an hour.

I bought the vehicle 6 days ago. I love it and look forward to driving it! Vehicle is comfortable and reliable and comfortably fits my kids and husband at 6'8".
I always bring my car to Oxmoor Ford Service Center for needed repairs and upkeep. I thought it might be time for brakes, and certainly for an oil change, so I scheduled service online with Marlene Goffinet, my go-to person at Oxmoor Ford. I dropped off my vehicle on the way to work and was surprised to get a call mid-morning that my car was ready and that no brakes were needed yet.
I am grateful for people like Marlene and the folks at the service center for their honesty and integrity. I saved a few dollars that day and feel that the team at Ford goes the extra mile to earn the trust of their customers.

The Escape is a nice car Its a good value to us so far and the only 1 gripe is the stop start when you stop. You can turn it off but has to be done every drive.
I purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ my 10th Ford Lincoln Mercury product and hope to continue the great relationship with the helpful and knowledgeable staff in your service dept. They are always friendly and work hard to meet the needs of the customer. May I add the new vehicle purchase was done while having my fusion serviced.

I really like it. The seats fold flat only because of the special mechanism when the seats fold down. I wish it was truly flat. I test drove one where it was broken so the seats did not fold flat. The steering wheel is a little small I feel. I'd like it to be a bit wider specifically. The Bluetooth audio is subpar in my base model, so getting the options of android auto or Apple car play is definitely worth the money. I wish the fuel economy was a tad better, but it's whatever.

This one is a winner. I would purchase another one when needed. No improvement is need, Ford seemed to think of everything. It has performance and comfort, easy to drive. Great fuel economy, 25 in city and 30+ on the highway. I have the 1.5 liter engine with turbo charge, has a lot snap.
I have a 2015 Ford Explorer. My service experience was great. Staff was very helpful nice waiting area and staff was very nice and friendly.

I purchased a 2017 escape and it 70,000 miles my transmission went out. I took it to the dealer fortunately I had the extended warranty However, the dealer has had my vehicle now for four weeks and still has not put it on the rack to find out what’s wrong with it. If you go to Parsons Ford in West Virginia and have the extended warranty will give you a loaner car. But you may not get your car back for weeks on end and did not expect a transmission go out this early.
I have used several dealerships since 1996. However, have found a home with Tri-county Ford. Just purchased a 2017 f350 from Dean Boeh. Great salesman that I followed from a dealership years ago. I travel over an hour and 15 minutes to do business here! Every single person there that I have dealt with are class A. Harlan and Gary in Finance, Dean in sales, Rob in Service= great people. If you are looking to buy or just looking...this is the place to Go! Highly recommended!

I needed a newer - reliable car. Wanted some extra space for 2 dogs and crates and luggage. I travel all over the midwest for dog shows and fun.
I actually had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. I was just going to window-shop, with intention to buy first of the year. However, when I saw the dealership had a loaded 2019 Outback with a 6 cylinder and in the Forest Green Metallic.....
The facility was nice and Bill was great to work with from beginning to end. I test drove the Outback and fell in love.
The process, which we all know can make for a long day, was relatively a shorter one! Bill answered all my questions or concerns I might have and went through the whole vehicle thoroughly with me. I can’t say enough good about Bill

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
It was all great. The facility was clean, the customer service was phenomenal, and the quality of the parts were fantastic. One draw back was, they did not have time management in order at the time of my needing repairs. But over all, great!

This car is attractive, comfortable and roomy. The controls are relatively
easy to understand. The ride is very comfortable. The fit and finish are great.
This was the last "free" service on our new Explorer. Ron, as he has for all of these service visits, stopped by and picked it up, took it for the service and returned it to our home. We are loving our new Explorer and especially love Ron for all the many ways he has helped us.
