I have only 1 complaint and it is probably my fault for not paying attention when I bought the car. The gas mileage isn't great. Getting about 22.7 MPG in my first 600 miles. Its a 4 cylinder so I expected better gas mileage. Guess I need to do some highway driving to see if the gas mileage improves.
I have been purchasing my Ford vehicles at Sayville Ford for the past 20 years with Bob. He has always been very professional and informative with any answers I have pertaining to the purchase or maintainance of my vehicles.

This car is excellent it have all the quality which make it convenient. I’m a fan of ford and I enjoy driving it. I was a fan of other cars. But since I changed to ford I’m in love it. As for me ford is my favorite car and I will recommend people to buy it.

Essie, my 2019 Ford Escape, is your beautiful, modern, everyday gal! I love the look of the exterior and interior. All the technology is fun. And the ride is very smooth. I didn't rate the reliability because I just got it, but c'mon, it's Ford. I look forward to rolling with Essie for a long time!
I've never liked shopping for a new car and dealing with salespeople, but Robert was great to work with and we got a good deal on the car. I would definately recommend him and Sayville Ford to anyone looking for a new car.

This car drives like a $45K car but it didn't cost that much! Amazing space. Smooth ride. Feels safe. Drives amazing. Top of the line features. I could live in it. So many features, I just can not believe. I get so many compliments!
Paul was an honest nice guy worked hard to get me the best deal I would recommend him to my family and friends good guy

Like how high I sit up making visibility better.
Like the features on it. Remote start, heated seats, rear view camera, and blind spot detection.
I have had it 2 weeks. It handled well with the ice, snow, and rain
I have bought several Fords from this dealership and never really felt the urge to write a review but after my last experience I felt I should share. I bought a 2017 F 150 , long story short it turned out to be a lemon. This was Ford's fault not the dealer, they did all they could to keep me happy and worked w me until I had enough and went after corporate to buy it back , which they eventually did. The process was painful and miserable. Ford corporate lost a customer in me and my wife. When I explained this to the dealer , Danny the GM and Vincent the Business Manager did what it would take to keep me in a Ford. They cared enough to pick up the slack when corporate was dropping the ball. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The first and previous car I owned was a 2012 Ford Escape, and I loved that car. However, being I got her in 2016 with 100,000 miles on, and gave off the sound of a go-cart motor. I decided to save up and upgrade to something a littttttllleee more quiet. The 2019 Ford Escape is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and amazing. The safety features and technological abilities are beyond incredible, especially compared to the 2012 model. For a 19 year old, to be able to afford a brand new car with some bells and whistles is incredible and I highly recommend for anyone looking for an SUV.
Knowledgeable salesman. Kind and personable staff. Clean shop and showroom. Warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend visiting J.C. if you???re considering purchasing a vehicle.

My husband previously owned a 2007 Subaru Forester and I owned a 2014 Ford Fusion. The Subaru broke down and my Fusion was difficult for my husband to get in and out of because of back problems and how low that car was to the ground. The Escape is zippy with lots of storage space. We purchased the Titanium so it has a few bells and whistles (like remote start and four wheel drive). We like the heated seats and steering wheel. The nav system is nice but you can't do input while driving which really stinks because I often have my husband input addresses as I drive. I understand the need for safety but that seem excessive. Otherwise, we really like the nav system and the size of the screen. The system does not alway pause music when receiving text messages so if you use the car to read your text messages it can be difficult to understand what is being said. That should be fixed. Otherwise we LOVE the car. It is zippy and easy to park. The accelerating is great and the gas mileage is pretty good. We have 800 miles on ours and are averaging about 22 miles to the gallon. Headlights illuminate well, few visual obstructions although you will be more side mirror dependant than other mini suv because the back side windows are pretty small. I wish we has purchased the safe and secure package which gives cameras (not just sensors) on the sides. Decent cargo space (but less than both the fusion and the forester. Overall we are very happy with the car.
My salesman, Frank Romeo, was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. He enabled me to get into a car lease that exceeded my expectations of both price and quality. His service was super efficient and I turned my old lease in and drove out with no problems feeling satisfied. The entire experience went quite smoothly and I have already referred someone to hm.

The technological advances in driving safety features are amazing. Of course they cost more but safer driving is worth it. Also, familiarizing ones self with how to use these features is time consuming but here again is worth it.
I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Louie in Cust.Service is EXCELLENT and they maintain my vehicle very good!

Is meeting all of my needs. Performs good and is efficient on gas. Has great safety features and love that backup camera. Good car to own.
I would to give out of a 1-5 star rating for car dealerships a 5 Star rating. Anyone interested in shopping for a new or used car should check them out. Professional and very courteous staff. Ask for Joel Horowitz if you are looking for preowned vehicle. He will treat you with respect and assist you with his expertise. I will certainly call them again when I need another car.

This car met all of my needs, it’s has enough room for children and a growing family, the seating is very comfortable and I love the features it includes.
Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!
