Used 2020 Ford Escape for sale near Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Just got a new Mazda thus week. I have had Mazdas since 1992 and never disappointed. They are dependable and reliable. The only time I have had any problems was when I was rear-ended by a semi years ago and even that was not the fault of my car. They are a dependable vehicle and not bad on price or looks! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I wanted a medium SUV with towing capacity. Something a step up from by Buick Encore, which I really liked. I really liked the newer redesign of the Escape, when I first saw the image online I didn't recognize it as a Ford Escape. I went for a test drive in a SEL and the Titanium, I was definitely not sold on the SEL coming from the Buick Encore with it's awesome interior leather seats and trim. It was just too far a step down. The SEL also didn't brake correctly on the test drive, possible it needed the brakes replaced. The Titanium drove much better on the test drive and since it was raining, I got a real feel for the vehicle. I found the interior lacking, again coming from the Buick. The leather seats were not in the same class. The door arm rest also. So looking past the leather, the tech was much better. The LED, the 5 drive screens for regular, eco, sport, rain, snow, change with the drive type which is great. The 360 pilot, adaptive cruise, self parking assist, and all the other tech was awesome. Plenty of comfort and room in the back with adjustable seating. Minor repairs on the speakers and the rear door rubber seal were need. Definitely a pain but nothing is perfect. At 250 hp and the 3,500 towing capacity for future use for a pop up trailer, I'm pretty content. An Outback would have set me back 7k more for the same specs. I owned a Impreza hatch which I loved but that was not without it's flaws (for all you Sub fanatics, yes flaws) So as a long road trip car, 5 hours, it was very comfortable and with the minor repairs that were needed I'm still happy with the Ford Escape. My next car? I mix it up. Not sure what it will be.

Always polite, always professional. Bought my F150 from there in 2019 and have never had an issue. Again very professional. Dave Soloman is the best Salesman in the world and their service team are great technicians and speedy also. The late hours are a blessing.

have had this 2020 ford escape since buying new. i love this car and i now have 36000 miles on it.it is a hybird and the best car i have ever owned.the car gets 48 miles per gal has great safety equipment has a great ride and over three years with no down time for repairs. drive every day and would buy the same car again, ive had a lot of cars but this by far the best i have had. 2020 ford escape hybird sport.

My husband and I were in the market for a used truck. I'll skip to the great part; We left the lot in a brand-new Ford F-150! Nathan was our salesman. He was phenomenal and had a great sense of humor. Even after he told us what the inventory was for used trucks, which was not within our parameters, we were still sitting there. This was because he was so personable, persistent in trying to get to know what our needs were and continued finding ways to help. He made us feel comfortable and as if we were in the right place. Then Patrick came over and greeted us. He added to what Nathan had already shown us. Patrick was hospitable, honest, and truly showed that he cared. They did not stop until everything was exactly where we wanted it. John finalized all of the paperwork, and he also continued on with full honesty. He had an affable persona and made the process very easy. We are happy to have encountered this dealership, as we are not from that area. We turned down other vehicles at different dealers because of the precedent of being purely genuine that Patrick, Nathan and John had already set. This was the greatest vehicle buying experience that we have ever had. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Two people in the last 15 years have did what they said. Jim Paumier took my phone call one morning and I was driving my new Mach E that next morning. That involved test drives, valuing my two trades financing and handling 50 mins of questions and 35 minutes of my story telling plus fielding 10 phone calls. 45 years ago that would have been just another day at a dealership. There was no pressure at any point including financing. No huge mark ups or hidden cost or up sells and JIM did everything he promised. We love our Mach E GT. Ford took a swing at a Tesla Y and I could call it a draw from driving them booth hundreds of miles. The dealership made the difference in my case. Sorry LOL all this and your wandering who the other gentleman was who did what they said.........Trump Tesla y and i can say its a tie in my book just depends on your situation.

I had a great experience with Silver Star dealership. From the moment Eric answered my online inquiry until I drove the car off the lot (3 days later) I couldn’t have been more pleased. Eric answered every question and was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We came from Pennsylvania so we brought our dogs along (to avoid leaving them home alone). They were as welcome as we were.
