Upon arriving at Currie Motors, we had already put a deposit down to hold a vehicle we saw through the website. We were kindly greeted and immediately seated with Cynthia Ochoa. After explaining what we would potentially like to do she understood and had us test drive the 2017 Malibu we had on hold. After many conversations and additional thoughts we ultimately made our decision on a different Malibu which was an Iridescent Pearl Tricoat instead of the Summit White. The Pearl didn't have a sunroof (which is a must for my wife) but Cynthia explained that we could have one installed at their dealership at a later time. We opted for this route and will be bringing the car back in a few weeks to have the sunroof installed. Had Cynthia not mentioned this to us as an option, we most likely would have left the dealership with a nice new Summit White Malibu instead of the Pearl which my wife absolutely fell in love with. Cynthia never waivered in her commitment to us and we never felt rushed. As the day got longer and we got hungrier she took a few minutes and drove us down the street to get a bite to eat. This was above and beyond for her but was very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend talking with Cynthia as your salesperson as she stayed patient with us throughout the day. We drove over 80 miles from Wisconsin to do business with Currie Chevy and will do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Cynthia and Currie Chevy for a job well done! Richard & Hailey Walters
Went in for an oil change. They couldn't have been any friendlier. Went to waiting area until my ride would arrive. Wi-if was available, free bottled water, TV, coffee, and vending machines. Salesman (Larry) was very friendly as I looked at a few showroom cars. Surprisingly, they called me that my car was done before my ride arrived! Not only was it finished, but they had washed it, too!
When I went to pay - they told me about their 4 X Oil Change Special - it was barely any costlier than 1 oil change!
Rick Whitman, my sales person, did an excellent job. He was very responsive and professional. All staff I interacted with were professional and helpful.
No problems whatsoever, even after the sale, they went above, and ask to see Brian Minner, he is the go-to guy in sales, very sharp when it comes to the vehicles he is selling, very polite and cordial, and will do you an awesome job! cannot say enough about the guy, he was there at least till 10pm, and it only took so long because of my negotiation over the price lol! My name is Andrew Atanasovski i went it for an oil change on my 2016 Fusion Titanium Doug at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I took my car in just before lunch time kind of knowing it will be a while before the guys can get it done, but i ended up getting my car an hour in a half before they said it will be done. All thanks to the ford crew. I cannot wait until i go back for future check ups! ?
Had and issue with my stereo. Made an appointment and took it in to have it looked at. My service rep was Justin Reed. He was very great right from the start. I purchased a Ford Fiesta hatchback from Peoria Ford and my last visit was not so pleasant, so I was a bit nervous about how it would go. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Justin took good care of me and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. The waiting facilities were also good. The only criticism I have about that is they should sync their big screens so there isn't multiple audio signals. Too much to try and listen to. Luckily I brought my iPad and they have free wifi. Very pleasant experience all around mostly thanks to Justin. Thanx guys.
As Always, I was able to get an appointment for my car to be serviced very quickly.
Andy and Tammy are always pleasant, helpful and efficient. The work was done while I waited this time and I was surprised at how quickly it was done. It was nice having coffee, TV and Wi-fi available in the waiting area also!
All in all....another good experience.
I wasn't sure how things were going to go walking into ALM South but I was optimistic. This location has a huge selection and I was pleased with the choices. I worked with Berthel and he did a great job making me feel at ease. The process took the shortest amount of time ever. Working with Sabrine in Finance was such a pleasure. Jawon was awesome.
This is my third and my wife???s second Mazda leased/financed through Tasca. Bayo Dina is the best car salesman with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is patient and does not push the sale. The first time I purchased a Mazda from Tasca, the CX-5 was the first car in its class that I test drove. Bayo allowed me to just walk out when I explained to him that I wanted to do my homework by test driving many vehicles, but he added, ???You???ll be back for this car.??? He was right, and I just leased my third Mazda, a 2018 Mazda CX-9. His honesty is by far his greatest strength (which is not common of car salesmen). When I was browsing for a CX-9 back in July, Bayo looked into my current lease and explained that due to the negative equity in the current vehicle, it wouldn???t make sense to drive one car while paying for two. Most salesmen wouldn???t have explained that and would have just wrapped that negative equity into a new lease payment. My kids love him so much they often want to go visit him when they have a day off from school. He makes you feel like part of the Tasca family. Shop at Tasca, and ask for Bayo. The finance department does everything in their power to get you the best payment possible, and Bernie is an amazing sales manager, willing to work with you on your wants/needs.
Eric, thanks for the email. I was somewhat concerned with the Lincoln Continental service promised to me when I bought the car. Only because I had 3 Jaguar XJs as well as an XKR so I have been spoiled by top notch service for the past 12 years. This was my first experience with service and I can say that it was 100% perfect. The pick up and delivery was on time and perfect. By the way this car is amazing. I'm a bit of a car nut and I ordered it with everything except the back seat package. It listed out at about $70,500, almost $30,000 less than my last XJ and I like it better. It's a joy to drive and I can't wait to get in it every day.!!!!!!!??😊.
Outstanding! Greemway Ford's prices are the BEST!!! We were quoted MUCH HIGHER tire prices at other locations, at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, and even online at the TireRack. We were amazed. We discovered costs to ship from online companies caused the total expense to skyrocket. We discovered tires provided from "discount" tire companies were OLDER when we reviewed the DOT number. We LOVED the option of the THREE YEAR ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY provided by Ford, which is the best we found anywhere and very affordable. We loved Greenway Ford offered a 12 month interest FREE credit card that was easy to obtain. We were treated like family by the advisors and have always had a great relationship with Kevin Swata who kept us up to date and showed us the importance of having an alignment completed as well.
We certainly are happy with our purchase and experience!!
