Great Service Experience!

This was the first time there for service. I needed it done by a specifice time, and the dealership I had taken the car to for 8 years, since it was purchsed was not able to help me. As a first time customer, they were able to get my car in. Were able, after a thorough inspection, able to identify and fix the problem. In addition, because of the time involved they provided a loaner car. It was a newer version of my car, so it was easy for me to get in and out of.
I was greeted immediately by the porter (I apologize for not remembering his name, but he was very helpful. Steve the advisor made me feel very comfortable. I hate going to dealerships, I always feel like I am going to be "sold" something I don't need. Tiffany in the loaner office was friendly and very helpful.
It is also worth pointing out, that while they are in the midst of construction, every effor is made to make it easy for customers. Clearly identified parking, a drive up lane. And while the quarters are tight, they were orderly and functional.
It was my first time there, and I will be back.
