Out of town customer who had a concern about the fuel line performance of my 2009 Ford Escape. Drove to Tipton Ford to have it looked at 4/19/17. Service rep Justin worked me in same day and checked it out. A warranted part was replaced and I was not charged anything. My 14 hr. drive back to Indianapolis was made in complete confidence.
I am extremely grateful to Tipton for their courteous and efficient service. You guys are the best!
