I had an unexpected serious issue with my Ford and they were excellent in taking care of it! They took care of things in a timely manner, made sure I had alternative arrangements for getting around while my car was in service, and made the whole experience as good as could be given the circumstances. I highly recommend them and I truly enjoyed the experience (who can say that about the hassle with unexpected car troubles!).

Dan Pepper is the guy to see, Dan is the man very friendly awesome to talk to he helped us out when other dealerships bailed out on us and kept giving us excuses. Within a couple of hours he had a whole spread sheet of what payments were, it was unbelievable the other dealerships couldn???t even do that. Dan even waited for us to come in around 6 even though he had to be somewhere at 5, now that???s dedication for a customer to make sure they are 110% satisfied. I have nothing bad at all to say about this Tasca Ford and their employees they are the best in my books. No BS! That's what I asked for when I walked through the door at Colonial Ford a few weeks ago. After over a month of research deciding on the right truck, checking prices, dealer inventory, etc. I finally decided I better go drive one to make sure... It just so happened the day before I received an email from Dwight Coblazo inviting me in to check out the F-150 I had inquired about on their website. He told me to ask for Winston Bennett, so I did. While I was waiting for Winston, I got hooked up with Art Guertin and he quickly went to work locating the vehicle for me and getting a plate on it. I chatted with Winston for a bit and told me I was in good hands with Art and he'd take care of me. Boy was he right, Art was the perfect match! See, while I asked for no BS, I'm kind of a PIA when it comes to getting all my questions answered and making sure I'm getting a good deal. Looking back, this was my very first brand new car buying experience and quite an education. Art took it all in stride and there was never any pressure. In fact I put a few $ down to hold the vehicle while I thought about it, couldn't make up my mind after 24 hours and they refunded my money no questions asked, no pressure. A week or so later after texting questions back and forth with Art (and checking several other dealerships who all fell way short of my Colonial experience), I finally decided to pull the trigger. I knew it was a great deal, the truck (thankfully) hadn't been sold, Art went above and beyond to make me comfortable and worked closely with Dell Roderick to get me into a buying program that worked for me and my budget...they really delivered! I sat down with Shane Conroy to finalize the paperwork, he did his job and went over all of the "extras" that come up at the end. He answered my questions honestly about what I might need and might not, I never once felt like I was being put over on. I trusted his experience and opinion. In fact in the end, I can say that about everyone at Colonial. I trusted them, their experience and I believed their answers when I asked the question "what would you do?" For my money, I couldn't ask for anything more in a buying experience. When the truck was ready Art called me and offered to deliver it if that was more convenient but I decided to go pick it up (for the full new car experience). Dwight, checked in to make sure my experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent. I'm pretty sure I shook everyone's hand and thanked them at least twice. Art, went through the truck with me one last time to answer any questions, reviewed the technology with me and helped me Sync my phone. Last, with a warm smile and a firm handshake he sent me on my way with a full tank of gas and an appointment for my first oil change on the house. Truth be told, I haven't stopped smiling since then cruising around in my brand new F-150 XLT So while I never got an BS from Colonial I realize I served up plenty. I'll be forever grateful and most definitely a repeat customer for their patience, honesty and graciousness with me.

This is my third and my wife???s second Mazda leased/financed through Tasca. Bayo Dina is the best car salesman with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. He is patient and does not push the sale. The first time I purchased a Mazda from Tasca, the CX-5 was the first car in its class that I test drove. Bayo allowed me to just walk out when I explained to him that I wanted to do my homework by test driving many vehicles, but he added, ???You???ll be back for this car.??? He was right, and I just leased my third Mazda, a 2018 Mazda CX-9. His honesty is by far his greatest strength (which is not common of car salesmen). When I was browsing for a CX-9 back in July, Bayo looked into my current lease and explained that due to the negative equity in the current vehicle, it wouldn???t make sense to drive one car while paying for two. Most salesmen wouldn???t have explained that and would have just wrapped that negative equity into a new lease payment. My kids love him so much they often want to go visit him when they have a day off from school. He makes you feel like part of the Tasca family. Shop at Tasca, and ask for Bayo. The finance department does everything in their power to get you the best payment possible, and Bernie is an amazing sales manager, willing to work with you on your wants/needs.

Eric, thanks for the email. I was somewhat concerned with the Lincoln Continental service promised to me when I bought the car. Only because I had 3 Jaguar XJs as well as an XKR so I have been spoiled by top notch service for the past 12 years. This was my first experience with service and I can say that it was 100% perfect. The pick up and delivery was on time and perfect. By the way this car is amazing. I'm a bit of a car nut and I ordered it with everything except the back seat package. It listed out at about $70,500, almost $30,000 less than my last XJ and I like it better. It's a joy to drive and I can't wait to get in it every day.!!!!!!!??😊.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

What a relief! Tasca???s Mazda dealership was head and shoulders above their competitors???. I first had the pleasure of speaking at length with Sales??? head, Bernie Spann. At that point bad experiences elsewhere had blunted my zeal for Mazdas. Yet I soon realized things were different here. Initially, Bernie struck me as cordial, thorough, honest, succinct, and a great listener. Once he???d referred me to Don Mailloux, one of his senior sales staff, my impressions were confirmed by Bernie???s notes on my previous call. He???d literally caught every salient detail. What I found still more astonishing was Don???s manner: he, too, was a total pro blessed with quite a brain. As if these two weren???t remarkable enough, the whole place was top-notch. They???re just an exemplary group, period. I???m thinking back to my original query, after I???d scoped out their inventory online. What were the prospects of finding me a red, manual 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring hatchback? The gal who answered had connected me with Internet Sales, and later I called them back with other questions. Next came Bernie; then my first advisor in Finance, and then Don. When I opted to go see Don, the first face I met was that of New England???s most-personable greeter, followed by a pair of attentive receptionists. My subsequent progress with Don led to other calls, to my Finance consultant and another in his department. In each case their polite, candid efficiency sped my progress. Ultimately, as promised, Tasca did meet the lowest price quoted elsewhere. Without hesitation, Don ran me a comprehensive spreadsheet. Wow. It was the farthest-possible cry from the ambiguities so rife at other dealerships. (Elsewhere, as I persisted in asking one sales manager how where he was getting his numbers, he actually said, ???You???re making this much harder than it has to be,??? which I took as present-day code for, ???Don???t worry your pretty little head about that.???) In short, Tasca made my choice an easy one. Indeed, when it came time to sign everything, Carl Tasca himself stopped by. (His father had done business with mine years ago. Carl chose to say hello, then spent awhile discussing life in a family business. Later, too, he twice made a point of ensuring I???d ???be satisfied,??? ??? as his dad used to say.) And nothing???s changed since I made my decision. I had questions about the gear ratios: Don reached out to the head of Service, then shared his finding. (Namely, that my gas-scrimper gear box bears little resemblance to my old Rx-7???s.) So what???s the upshot of my having researched, price-shopped, repeatedly test-driven, accepted, taken home and then upgraded one element (which shipped in later)? I wish I???d gone to Tasca Mazda on Day One. Truly, they???re a class act. Warmest thanks to everyone there, Tasca!

I would like to tell you about my experience purchasing my 2013 Ford Edge. Most of the time when you go to purchase a new car it is because you want to , or its time . My situation was a little different. You see I had gotten into a bad car accident and while I was not seriously injured and I was able to walk away . The car I had at the time did not do as well. She was totaled! I called and asked for Marissa and Mike ( by suggestion of my son Josh, who used to work at Flood Ford) and what I want people to know is how professional, respectful , friendly, and kind these 2 are to deal with . When I told Marissa what I wanted she just made it happen. She never tried to over sell me into a car I could not afford , and was very sensitive to the fact that I would need the car that night . Not only did I get the car I wanted , she made sure it was cleaned and prepped before I got to the dealership. The financial paperwork was prepped while we waited but only took a short time and Joe was wonderful . To top things off , a few days after I purchased my car , the check engine light came on. I called Marissa and she told me to come in leave the car to make sure my car was in good working condition .In addition , and she provided me with a loaner and so when I came back to pick up my car it was cleaned and repaired and no charge to me at all!!! I will happily refer and recommend Marissa & Mike Jr. to all of my friends , relatives , co-workers and clients. Thank you very much for all you have done . I made an appointment to have the air conditioner looked at in my 2013 Ford Mustang-- like some of our current presidential candidates it was blowing a lot of hot air. I made an appointment to drop my car off, had to wait a week to get time with their A/C serviceperson. Dropped the car off first thing the day of the appointment, they called me around mid-afternoon saying they had found the problem (pinhole leak in an AC hose), had the parts already and were fixing it immediately. I retrieved the car that afternoon. I have a Ford extended warranty and they gave me no trouble using it-- I paid my $100 deductible and that was it. I have had the car back for a few weeks and have run the A/C several times, it's working great! My Flood East Greenwich experience was positive: they gave me no trouble with my service plan, they fixed the car within a day and most importantly they fixed it RIGHT. I did have to book an appointment a week out, but that's not a big deal for an accessory repair. I will be bringing the car here in the future for repair needs.

I started to become frustrated and was about to start looking for a completely different brand SUV as it seemed what I wanted didn't exist....then I got in touch with Jason Arruda! Flood Lincoln of Narragansett had my truck! Since I lived in Massachusetts, he arranged for the truck to be brought to East Greenwich so that it was closer for me to look at. He did this immediately upon us speaking for the first time. After the test drive, I loved the truck but it didn't have EVERY option I was looking for. Not a problem....Jason made it happen! There were also a few blemishes on the truck.....again, not a problem. Jason's team fixed every ding, dent and scratch; you never would have known they were there. He truly worked with me to create my dream SUV. A week later, I picked it up and the vehicle far exceeded my expectations. Jason was so easy to work with and beyond accommodating. After a year of aggravation contacting other dealerships, Jason Arruda was able to fulfill every request and more in a week's time. My only regret is that I didn't contact Jason sooner! I HIGHLY recommend Jason Arruda and Flood Ford!

I went to Quick Lane for an oil change. The service people did a brake check and found that the back right pads and roaders were worn. I had them replaced 11 months ago, by Pep Boys in West Warwick. Your manager Mike McGrath. Was a great help. He called Pep Boys to find out what my warranty was. They told him it was done 11 months ago ( only 10,000 driven in that time ) That they thought the pads might be warrant that's it. The labor was only 6 months. Mike said " It sounds like they don't know what their talking about. I told Mike I would go home and check my paperwork. The parts were a lifetime warranty and labor was 2 years. Mike was a great help. He showed me the difference of the back left side verses the back right. He also told me when you do a break job, you replace both sides. He explained what might had been done incorrectly at Pep Boys. Pep Boys did replace both sides. Pads, roaders and labor at no charge.
