Been having my 2015 Jetta Serviced by VW Lee's Summit since buying it about a year ago at another VW dealership. I have to say that Richard, Scott, Dale and the rest of Service Staff are Top Notch in professionalism and have exceeded my expectations.
We bought 2 new cars the same day from another dealer nearly 3 years ago, one for my wife and one for me. This way we have reliable transportation with factory warranty for a few years, at least. My F-150 had a service light indication for AdvancTrac and began experiencing 4 - wheel drive shifting complications. While still under my factory 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty, I chose Jacky Jones Ford and made an appointment to leave my truck with them for diagnostics. They ordered the part(s), completed a 49 - point inspection, asked me about my preference in a new set of tires, and called me promptly when my truck was ready. Although it was tough to leave my truck with them for a day or two because I depend on it so much for work and family. I was pleased with the work performed and left with the confidence and assurance that my truck was back in good order! I will shop Jacky Jones for our next 2 Ford's, considering they took care of my truck just as if it were one of their own.
The service department is superior. Manager, Jonathan Lankford, runs an excellent service center. He treats you like family and his staff follows his example. Everyone in the service department treats you will respect and they are friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and get you in and out as quickly as possible with your vehicle in good shape. They are the best service center I have ever done business with! They have a very nice waiting room with a tv, and you are given many choices of their great free snacks, drinks, and water. They cover your floorboard and seats before it is taken to the mechanic. When the work is done, they deliver you a clean, washed vehicle! They do not try to make a living off one person but make every effort to lower your bill with discounts and specials. While everyone does a wonderful job, I would like to mention Monica Webster's kindness and efficiency....she has a great personality, knows her job, and is a pleasure to work with. Mr. Lankford's high standards and sincere, friendly personality leave no doubt that your vehicle is in excellent hands at a reasonable price, along with a fun place to be while you wait. This young man is a breath of fresh air in the way he makes every customer feel important, along with knowing that their vehicle is in the very best hands, whatever the need. Personally, I am treated like a princess upon my arrival and until I leave. If I need to go to the restroom upstairs Jonathan escorts me. He gets a golf chair from my trunk and sets it up for me if I want to sit outside in the sun to read, checking on me periodically, and returning my chair to the trunk when they finish with my car. I will not let anyone else touch my Lincoln Town Car!
MR Robert Mack was a super kind salesman. He meet us in the parking lot with such pleasure as if we we're best friends. He went out of his was to make our buying experience a pleasure no hassle at all. we have went to many dealerships but MR Mack was by far the nicest of them all. he made sure we didn't need anything to eat or drink. we are so glad we came to Keith Hawthorne Ford. I would give MR Mack salesman of the year. He was the most honest salesman that i have ever done business with. We're so glad we made the drive which we live in Calhoun county ST Matthews SC. I moved to Iowa and discovered that the only Infiniti dealership would be in Des Moines, about 120 miles from home. I contacted them to have my car serviced (scheduled maintenance) and they offered to pick-up the car at home and drop off a loaner. It takes a little bit more time than just walking in for service (one day for travel each way, plus the service), but it is a VERY good perk, as it is convenient and do not cost anything. All people that I dealt with were nice and everything went as expected. The only small downside is that the loaner is far from the same level from my car. However, this is something you can live with, considering the benefits.
Wanted a truck and they helped me get what I wanted with a great price. The staff was very helpful with no pressure to buy. Very appreciative to everybody who helped me get a really nice f-150 lariat.
I can't say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done???
I don't like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come.
On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. That's important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car!
I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area don't hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.
I called Maguire to look at a vehicle that was at their Ithaca store, but I live in Syracuse and didn't want to travel to Ithaca. They happily brought it up to Syracuse the next day and I worked with Tom from Ithaca (sorry don't know his last name) and then completed the sale with Mike Bennett in Syracuse. Both guys were extremely friendly and helpful and no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want to. I think their pricing is really fair and friendly people, makes for a winning combo. First I have to tell you that I this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with from service to buying a new vehicle. Travis Landry in sales worked with me for over a year to help me find the vehicle I wanted. He never gave up, but he never pressured me. He knew I was reluctant to part with my Element. He touched base whenever I came in to have my Element serviced and always let me know he would be there when I was ready. This past Saturday, I was finally ready. My husband and I went in and I drove 4 different vehicles. We needed one we were both comfortable in because I'm 4' 11" and my husband is 6'. I wanted the new safety features. I'm not one to replace my vehicle every couple of years, so I was very careful about making a decision. I kept my Element for 13 years and I still have it. Travis was very patient with me and got me into a new CRV and I love it. He even worked with the service department to get them to remove the console cover because it was uncomfortably in the way for both my husband and myself. Travis is the best! Junior Yogendra was very patient teaching me about all the new electronic and safety features and was never condescending. Dave Prehoda in finance took the time to help me get the financing I wanted and to explain all of the warranty information to me. Overall, it was a great experience. I chose this dealership to buy from because of Travis and because of their great service department. Brian Peters in service has helped me to keep my Element running but never tried to "fix" something that didn't need fixing. They let me know if there is something coming up that needs to be done in the future so I have time to plan for the repair. Melinda Grover has taken the time to talk to me every time I came in and again, she didn't push. (I don't like pushy people and generally will walk away if pushed.) I can't say enough about how much I love this dealership and it's employees. I drive 65 miles one way to go to this dealership over one that is much closer.
Just bought my dream truck ... This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had !! The sales professional Michael Darling went above and beyond with everything for me , I will no longer buy a vehicle anywhere else but DePaula Ford ... Nor will I buy another vehicle from anyone else other than Michael Darling ... He was great to work with ... NO pushy salesman pitch here ... Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. I worked with Anthony in Sales. Called and spoke with him and setup an appt to meet with him the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process more enjoyable. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything (vehicle, warranty, etc.) and no one was aggressive or pushy like the other dealerships we had been to. It was a great transaction right down to the financing. Found a great rate and at a fair price. Love my new car. You guys really are the "Best"!!!
While waiting for my car I dropped in the showroom. ANTHONY, one of your salespersons, asked me if I was interested in a new car and I told him I had a 2016 Escape. He pointed out the differences. But what I was really impressed about Anthony is that he took the time to explain and train me how to use the rear camera on my 2016 Escape as well as other features I had not known. ANTHONY is an excellent credit to your sales staff at BEST Ford.
