VW St. Augustine does everything right that pretty much every other dealership I have ever been to has done wrong! I worked with Ben Soares over the last month in my search for the "perfect" new car. Prior to my experience at VW St. Aug I admit I had a pretty bad opinion of most car sales people... Ben totally changed my mind. He was so easy to talk with and seemed to completely understand that not everyone can walk in and buy a car on the spot, nor do they want to. He genuinely cared about what I wanted in my next vehicle as well as what financially made sense for me and helped make the two align. I originally went to test drive a VW based on best of 2015 car reviews but no personal experience in their vehicles. Even the base models of all of the cars I drove blew most of the pricey top of the line vehicles I looked at at other dealerships out of the water. The attention to detail in their vehicles as well as to their customers needs, along with the very reasonable price tags will keep my customer loyalty for years to come! Took my 08 Escape in for a misfire with no check engine light. Quicklane was unable to diagnose, they sent car to service department said it may take a few days for them to get to it & offered me a rental. Before leaving I asked multiple times if there was going to be a charge for the rental and was told no it was taken care of. When I came back to pick car up later that day I was told problem was spark plugs and got a quote of $845. Since I could not afford another day off work I asked the tech numerous times if the only problem was the plugs & he assured of plugs changed car would be good. I changed plugs & problem temporarily fixed. Over next 2 weeks problem gradually came back & worsened. Brought car back to Quicklane for oil change & told them misfire problem not resolved I was told to call service. Called service was told had to pay another diagnostics fee, service advisor finally agreed to do diagnostic for free. I tried to set appt for diagnostic on a Saturday & was told they have no crews on Saturdays, even though I just got a flyer from them saying hours are Mon-Fri 7-6 and Sat 8-4. So I have to wait 3 weeks for a week day off work to bring the car in(if it makes it). I have paid $179 for diagnostic test that was incorrect and a rental car that I was told I would not be charged for. Bozard was very quick to take my $ but not so quick to help resolve the issue. Update- received a call from Octavia @ Bozard she did everything to make this right. Offered to pick up my car and give me a rental while they diagnosed issues, also refunded all my $. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.

For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.
I recently switched my business back to Beck Nisssan in Palatka, FL and that has been one of the best decisions I have made lately. Beck has always treated me with excellent customer service but recently Brittany Mitchell who sold me my 2015 Nissan Sentra went above and beyond excellent customer service. She genuinely cares about her customers. I've been back for a flat tire since I ran over a nail and because she as well as her finance manager Shane offered me road side service I was able to replace my tire at no cost to me because of this offer. The service department is very polite quick and has great customer service as well. I can't thank Beck Nissan and the employees there enough for giving me great customer service as well as getting me into a car I am finally happy to be in.

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
