3 months after buying an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was hit and my Jeep was totaled. I was so upset and didn???t think with my horrible credit I???d ever be approved to finance a vehicle but, after speaking with Kelly over the phone I decided to take a chance and to visit her at the dealership. Best decision I???ve ever made. Kelly was beyond patient with me and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to show me multiple vehicles. As a ???car dummy???, she not only helped me find a car that I never thought could be mine but, she educated me as well. This was my first time buying a car and just so happened to be on my birthday! I drove home a beautiful 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with a bonus $50 gift card!). I had an absolute amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!
They were very busy when I went in for service on my 2013 Edge. I was told it might be a couple of hours which was fine for me. It turned out to only be an hour. The staff at there are always friendly and make sure you are satisfied with the service. The odd thing was when we had the recent snow storm my windshield wipers would spray the cleaner fluid. I had to take it back to be checked. They got right to it and repaired it. I am so happy with the services they provide. They are always super busy when I go there but they don't let it bother them. They aren't ever angry or upset because they are crazy busy. Love them!
I purchase a 2016 Ford Fusion. My salesmen is Dan Williams. I arrived about 1 hour before my scheduled appointment. Mr. Michael Williams (service advisor) signed me in and took care of everything. I was finished in an hour.
I always bring my car to Oxmoor Ford Service Center for needed repairs and upkeep. I thought it might be time for brakes, and certainly for an oil change, so I scheduled service online with Marlene Goffinet, my go-to person at Oxmoor Ford. I dropped off my vehicle on the way to work and was surprised to get a call mid-morning that my car was ready and that no brakes were needed yet.
I am grateful for people like Marlene and the folks at the service center for their honesty and integrity. I saved a few dollars that day and feel that the team at Ford goes the extra mile to earn the trust of their customers.

Really great service. Stopped in at 4 talked to the service writer Rick asked about a quick oil change he checked with his mechanic Tom and in and out quick. That late in the day and it being a diesel, extremely impressed. Thank you

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
