I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

the sales person was well informed and pleasant to deal with. the finance officer was also top notch and explained everything i was to sign. my only regret and it is not the dealership fault but fomoco. they no longer make sedans. i will not buy an suv.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

The dealer was likable and got us the best deal possible. He attempted to connect with us on a personal level and explained the features of each Elantra adequately.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

Sage Brown is awesome!! As is Winner Ford. I can't say enough good about this car dealer. Our salesman, Sage Brown, whom I recommend highly, did a wonderful job at finding the vehicle that fit our needs. Between Sage and Joe Hozalski (sales manager), the deal that was made for us was totally unbelievable. It's not often that you go into a car dealer and don't second guess yourself, i.e... did I get the best deal, could I have gotten the car cheaper at another dealership, not so here. Please know that we did get the best deal possible. Total transparency is how we were handled and when that occurs there is no second guessing. Also, as we are 2 disabled seniors we are often targeted by salesman. I encourage my fellow senior citizens go to Winner Ford. You will not be disappointed.

Sales was good. Not pushy and communicated well. A little deceiving as my final pymnt wasn't what was stated in our correspondence. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on my check for my trade in. Recommend selling trade in to a used car lot if in good condition.

i have purchased all my Lincolns from Hollman for the last 36 years. They are the best dealership in the area, I am originally from Detroit and know my cars and dealerships. I was once employed by EDS/GM via Ross Pero. They are also professional and care about their customers, but Hollman is better at customer service.

Thank you to Bryan and Ira at Garnet Ford for your excellent service. Y car battery died, and after Ford roadside Assistance jumped my car, I took it Garnet. Bryan made sure my car was carefully inspected for issues that may have caused the battery to die, as the battery was only a year old.. When none was found, they replaced the battery. Both Ira ( service manager) and Bryan ( service technician ) were polite, professional and knowlefgsble. Kudos to Garnet Ford to employing these fine men.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Garnet Ford in Chadds Ford, PA. I also purchased both from Kyle. I have never had any issues with this location. I personally won't go to any other location because of their customer service and dedication on making everything go smoothly. I can't ever say I had a better experience at your dealership. The best experience is your salesman Joe LaMantia, treated my wife and I like family . He suggested upgrading our vehicle, (yes cost more) but, he convinced my wife who is usually very hard to move from her set ways for the higher package. I was amazed. I would, if we get another Lincoln, call one person and that would be Joe. Hopefully he will be there in 39 months and if not we would find ,where he went and buy from him. If you're looking for a Ford or a certified pre-owned, go talk to Walter! I found a vehicle online, but went to the wrong Bergey's location. The staff at Bergey's Chevrolet in Plymouth Meeting was very helpful and sent us on our way to Bergey's Ford Of Ambler. We arrived with less than an hour until close... but Walter set us up immediately to see the vehicle and take it for quick drive. We needed to think on it, so he offered to follow up in the morning and, from there, purchasing the vehicle was a breeze. The paperwork was done online and once we came back to the store, the whole team was easy to work with and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
