Michael was amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, and found us the unicorn car that check all our checkboxes (including price). To be completely honest, this dealership is not bad only if you are buying a new car that is already on the lot. They sold me a car at MSRP with no other hidden fees. The reason why I took a star off is because they're very, very pushy. They will try to sell you on a different car so hard that they're trying to get rid of, and will keep pushing you to purchase warranties and all. They have a super hard time hearing no. If you keep standing your ground and don't get pressured into doing something you really don't want, this is actually a decent enough dealership to purchase a brand new car from only.

I worked with Nelson and Pablo in my purchase of a new F-150. They were courteous and professional throughout the sale. No pressure or gimmicks, just service. I had to wait for a couple of extras due to timing, they picked my car up, completed the work and returned it with a smile. Would recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. Buyers should do their homework, know their number, and be willing to take a deal or move on. I can't speak to service department and I am from PA, but sales experience was pretty good.
