I've bought many new and certified vehicles in my life and I've come to learn that it is just as important to read dealership reviews as it is car reviews. I moved around the corner from Haldemann Ford in East Windsor and needed to trade in my Honda sedan for a 3 row SUV for a family member's easier access and the birth of a new grandchild. I decided on Haldemann Ford because I've owned several Ford and Mercury vehicles and had only good, reliable experiences. I decided to shop this dealership first because of their reviews and inventory, but mostly their reviews and word of mouth from a trusted coworker. I was not in a hurry to buy and shopped a lot online. When I finally decided there were a couple vehicles I wanted to check out, I went in and was routed to salesman Howard Salmon. He listened to my shopping needs and without pressure guided me to the vehicles I was interested in, let me ask questions which he patiently and truthfully answered, recommended a vehicle that met my needs and was in my desired price range but did not pressure me when I turned it down in favor of a different one of the same model that was a few thousand above my range. I did my due diligence with regard to features and pricing and without any spin or major strife, Howard got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. No mind games or power play between us. Just pure honesty and his desire to help me get what I wanted and needed. Now for the part I stress over the most...dealing with the finance guy. Pleasant, no pressure and stress-free and I was able to add the bumper to bumper extended warranty and remain within my price range and finance term. The added bonus is knowing they are right around the corner when I want my car serviced. This was among the best car-buying experiences I've had in 40 years of car buying. I've had the Explorer a few months and i'm still as happy as the day I bought it.

They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

The service staff here were excellent, they listened to my concern seriously and fixed a problem the car had for months - it really was a relief! They also went out of their way to do a thorough review of the cars condition and let me know a couple of things to look for at the next checkup. Professional throughout, and the shuttle service was a really lifesaver.
