The customer service at Chip Banks is awesome! I've had my car serviced there a few times now and have NEVER been disappointed with them!

For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.
This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!
super service.knowledge of product, very fair trade in value,,plus the ford f150 was superior to the other brands that i looked at as far as my needs were concerned!!

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.
I have bought now 3 cars from Vic Koenig, a 1998 Grand Prix GT, 2013 Scion FRS which I traded in the Grand Prix for, and now my 2014 Lexus GS350 that I traded in the FRS for. I have had the GS for 2 days now. It has the lifetime power-train like the FRS did so if I ever need to use it I will let you guys know how it goes. I purchased the FRS over 4 years ago now. It had the lifetime power train warranty so if I ever needed to use that we will have to see how well that goes. With the lifetime power train warranty I have to take it in to get the oil changed an tires rotated every 6 months or 5000 miles, whichever comes first, usually the 5000 miles. Vic Koenig sales people are great. Lynn Strobel (tell Lynn I sent you) is they guy who has sold me all 3 cars. He knows I am hard to work with and that I know what I want, but has always gotten me a good deal and has answered every question, especially about the lifetime power train warranty. Service department I usually deal with Jeff Crummel, great guy who also knows I am stubborn and knows how I want my car treated. If I have had a problem, which there has been and they have always been met with outstanding compromises, Jeremy Jones the Service Manager has always made things right.

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
Diagnostics in the Service Dept. of Auffenberg Cadillac in Carbondale, IL. is top notch. There is no 'let's try this and see if it fixes the problem.' It's always, identify the problem and fix it right the first time!

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.
Wonderful customer service. Always gets you in, the wait is minimal and feel like the prices are fair.

This car handles well and is quiet and comfortable. It is a great car for around town and weekend trips. The fuel economy and power are well balanced while the utility works for our needs.
I walked into Marion Toyota at 4pm and instantly greeted by Jerry Rambeau who made me feel I was the only customer there. We chatted that I had seen a Camry was interested as a second time Toyota owner. His attention was totally on my needs, background and how best he could suit my desires in a vehicle. Being a widow and semi retired Jerry got to know me as a friend, person and lastly a buyer. Drove the 2017 Camry, traded my 2013 and took so many office and detailers people into late hours to help me drive off with my Christmas gift to myself. The Christmas spirit is alive and so moving with this facility and my special new friend Jerry Rambeau. Will tell all my friends no one can exceed his qualities. Thank you and GOD bless the kindness of your human heart, Jerry.

This vehicle so far is just what I was looking for.. Not sure yet how it performs in the snow hopefully it will be great seeing I live in the country with hills and etc..
I meet kevin waldrop, a salesman at marion Toyota to talk about leasing a camry. one of my friends, and former service personnel had gotten me in contact with him. He knew exactly what I was looking for and the price I was wanting to pay per month. we walked through inventory of new cars that we available at the price point I wanted. he was SO easy to work with, the BEST experience I have EVER had with a car salesman. He stayed with my wife and I through the whole process, he didn't leave to go try to get another sale. I was very impressed with that.

Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.
I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
This is mainly a car for me to drive to work .Very comfortable and fuel reliable like all of the features in the car and it rides very smooth Alan Thompson
