I was unsure of the Colorado, but soon realized this was the vehicle for me. Doyle was there when I needed the assistance from the moment we shook hands to when I drove off the Bill Gatton lot with my newly purchased truck! It was great deal and the service was spot on aside from the knowledge of vehicles; Doyle feels like that buddy that'll piggyback you to the end. Overall highly satisfied with this place and will return for my next vehicle.

This SUV met all my expectations. It was very easy to drive. I like the room in the hatch. I liked the automatic hatch which made it easier to get in and out of it.
Excellent sales experience, no high pressure, friendly service. Easy to deal with on price. very impressed with quality of car and driving experience. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the low miles and the price I was able to get it for. I was impressed with the automatic rear hatch. I teach CPR and this makes it so easy to get my equipment in and out. Upgrading to the features I have on the dash now is awesome.
I highly recommend seeing Andrew Meyer at Wallace of Bristol if you're in the market for another vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted/needed. He was personal, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy. All of the staff was very friendly to work with from start to finish.

I really like the way this SUV drives. Handles more like a car, very responsive. I got the 2.0L engine and AWD. It is the Titanium so it has heated leather seats and I love them. Very comfortable. I have to merge on the Interstate with a very short merge lane and everybody it typically doing 75+MPH. This SUV really goes when you press on the gas paddle and I love that. The visibility is excellent and I love to sit "tall" so I have my seat about as high as you can get it. The brakes are excellent and saved me from a 15 car pile up on the Interstate just last week. I also love all the cargo room. I love to "go antiquing" and with the rear seats folding completely flat there is quite a bit of cargo room. Really happy with my purchase.
Last week the 10,000 mile service was completed on my 2018 Volvo XC90 Inscription (which I purchased from Friendship Volvo last fall.) The customer service was excellent from start (scheduling an appointment) to the completion. The Service Manager, Sherri, was exceptional helpful. She was very professional in making sure everything that needed to be done was completed. She is a credit to the Service Dept. and to Friendship Volvo. / Also, a few months ago I had some accessories installed on my XC90 - including a Dog Gate! - and the process then was also first class. The young man who installed the accessories (Scooter?) did an excellent job./FYI a question below asked if I would recommend this dealer to a friend - which I did recently. I recommended Friendship Volvo to a co-worker who had seen my XC90, and he and his wife purchased an XC90 from you about 2 weeks ago.

This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!
These guys were awesome! Jimi was great! We will be back when we decide to buy again! Everyone was super friendly. Jimi worked hard for us before we even got to the dealership!

This is the third Ford Escape I have owned. I have stepped up in model each time. This is a Titanium. I am loving all of the ' bells and whistles' it has. It has plenty of leg room front and back; and the cargo space is fabulous. I am loving the moon roof and heated seats, too, as well as the mpg.
Great friendly service, prepare to wait on your car awhile

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
Sherri is the best service advisor... always professional, friendly, and provides all needed information to maintain my vehicle in excellent condition. Brett/mechanic is always my choice ... conciencious, honest.

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
I believe that Johnny Necessary done every thing possible to help me in my purchase while not being pushy or using sales tactics used at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Love the vehicle; exactly what I was looking for. Fit my needs perfectly, super clean and exactly what was described to me over the phone. Super low miles too. Crystal was amazing to work with, honest all the way. Quick and easy. Don’t buy from anyone else. McCarty’s is definitely the place to go and I recommend to everyone. I will definitely be back and won’t go anywhere else.
Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.
Honest, approachable sales reps. Easy processs to buy a used car here. Happy with our experience here and would gladly recommend it.

The Car meets most of my needs and drives good it’s decently roomie I get good mileage I feel safe in my car specially because I live somewhere where we get a lot of snow overall my car is just comfortable and reliable its everything that I want in a car and more !
