Out with the old...
November 5, 2018
I went to Vaden to get my car fixed, but within a few minutes Jesse was explaining the sheer quantity of things wrong and I realized my poor car had seen its last road trip. 189,000 miles, she's in the big parking lot in the sky now. Jesse was so understanding and kind while I had a mini meltdown and said they would hang on to my paperwork while I decided what to do.
Daniel approached me as I was sulking (I really LOVED that car!) and asked if I needed help, that I looked sad. I explained what was going on and he offered to show me around since I needed either a new car or a rental to get home. We looked at a few, then I saw *the one.* A gorgeous Murano on the end of the used car lot. She was only a year old and has crazy low miles.
A few short hours later I was driving away in the most amazing Murano, literally squealing when I was handed the keys. At first I was devastated to say goodbye to my old car, then I drove away happy and relieved to be in a vehicle with no problems and never looked back.
I had the absolute best experience. Everyone was prompt, I never felt like I was just waiting around, Byron walked me through my paperwork quickly and was so nice to chat with during that process.
Right before I got into my new car, Jesse came out and shook my hand and congratulated me, Daniel let me give him a big old hug. I felt like I was buying my car from old friends, not people I just met that day.
