My Jeep was repaired after I had a mechanical problem. Knowing the technician who worked on my jeep, I knew when he finished it would be ready to drive from east coast to west coast. I feel like family whenever at the dealership whether I need something fixed or just hanging out.
Wanted to thank Amanda and the staff at Toyota Lawton. I live in California 1350 miles away from them, and contacted Amanda about the car, she was really helpful. When I asked for pictures or information about the vehicle it was done really fast. I felt bad because I called Amanda a lot, but she was willing to help. When she gave me the price of the vehicle and payment it was the exact amount. Staff at Toyota Lawton, are really friendly and helpful. They drove a hour and 30 minutes to pick us up at the airport (I did not ask they offered), the staff member (I wish I remember all the staff names so I can post it in in here) that picked us up , is really helpful guy. I really like how he didn't mention about the car instead he had friendly conversation about the state of Oklahoma, it was like he was our tour guide. Financial staff was also the same, friendly and honest. Maybe I'm not use to it due to living in California, but I do notice a difference from California salesman and Toyota of Lawton. There was no hassle or pressuring to buying vehicle. It was well worth the trip. My dad who also went with me was also impressed, he told them he his willing to travel 1300 miles away to do business with them. We drove the vehicle back to California with no problems. We are really happy with the car.Again Thank you so much.
Forgot to mention my tire is still reading low pressure. OnStar says it's low as well but the service department said they found nothing. Tire was rotated on a recent oil change ( now the rotated tire has the same readings.) Frustrated- how are me and OnStar wrong???
