Nice car,bought it in July 2021 had 24000 thousand miles.I am 77 years old always wanted a small suv.i have problems with it keep saying Low tire pressure i need to know why it keep on doing that i have to keep putting air in the tires.

I've had my car about 3 weeks. I really like it. There are a few small mistakes that keep it from a perfect five. The door pull to close the door is just an opening. It should be a small pocket, perfect for a ChapStick or a few quarters or whatever. The cup holders have small arms meant to hold a smaller cup or keep a cup secure I guess. They are hinged at the bottom so they are very annoying and difficult to put larger cups in the holder. They should be hinged at the top. The power windows are only automatic down, you must hold the switch the entire way up. When you touch the spot on the outside door handle to lock the car there should be a 4-5 second delay before the automatic unlock activates. That would allow you to check and confirm the car is locked. Small things, but things that could be done better to make the car even better.

Although I ultimately purchased a car from elsewhere, I would still highly recommend this dealer. I dealt with MD Imon and he was honest, straightforward and had integrity. No hidden fees or bait and switch. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

I like the car a lot, and would recommend it to anyone looking for that type of vehicle. It has the space I'm looking for, the comfort is very good. I really like the fact that I can repeat and archive songs that I like on the radio. One thing I don't care for is the "Dial" shifter, I'm still getting used to it, but just don't like it, I like a Stick shifter in the center console or the steering column. Other than that, I'm very pleased with he car, it has plenty of get up and go while still being good on Gas, I'd buy another one.

Bought the vehicle in December of 2020. First new car I've bought in over 20 years. Absolutely love this vehicle. Great gas mileage. 3 cylinder, turbo that has some is powerful. Great back up camera and love the big screen display for the radio. Easy to reach controls. Easy to reach cup holders. Plenty of room inside, don't feel cramped. Rides smooth for such an economical car.

I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I bought my 2018 Titanium Escape about 2 years ago with about 32000 miles. Now two years later I have just hit 46000 miles. At first I had some warranty work that had to be taken care of. Display on the HVAC had numbers out, the sync 3 was completely crazy and it had a bubble in the paint on the lower inside drivers door. All work was completed. The dealer service was outstanding. No hassles . Like any new car to you, the Escape took time to learn where and what all the features were. The Titanium has A LOT of bells and whistles. It took many reads of the owners manual to figure out what they were. Now that I've learned I am very pleased. Things like Lane corection, adaptive Cruise control, blind spot monitoring and a dozen more features are very useful. It has auto park and to be honest I don't use it , but it has it so I had to try it out, and it works like a charm. Many people I know have that feature on their cars, but have never tried it. The interior is nice, except I don't like the seat back configuration with a bulging pillow top along the seat back. It's all for show but a pain in the back for many people. Ford, get wise and build for comfort , not show. The extra large windshield is great. Best forward viability I have seen in modern vehicles. Heater controls are hard to identify . They are mounted low and in a dark area that requires the driver to take his eyes off the road. So that's the negative. And I'm being picky. This SUV is fun to drive, sure footed and comfortable. 2.0 turbo has guts and the fuel mileage is acceptable for this amount of power. Quality of interior parts is above average, as is the quality of the leather seats. All windows are express which is handy. Puddle lights on the front doors are helpful when coming up to the car at night. The keypad entry is nice when you're outside and don't have your keys but want to get in the car. The hands free rear tailgate is great! I use it nearly every day. The sun visors that slide to give you protection from the sun when it's shinning in the side window is a winning feature. The Sync 3 system is great! Ford got it right. It's fast, accurate and voice commands work very well. When I bought this Escape I liked it. Now two years later I love it. I'm not a Techie guy, just a 75 year old retiree who is willing to adapt to modern Ideas

I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape SE Hybrid. I cannot say enough good things about it. First off, it was one of the few new hybrid vehicles that were actually available. So, kudos to Ford for having things in the pipeline. I love the interior design and all the features it offers. The touch screen is a perfect size and the seats are quite comfortable. The SUV offers a smooth ride with standard AWD on the hybrid models. The best part is the MPG. I took a trip down and back from NY to NC and got 42 MPG driving at the speed limit. I am so impressed. It is saving me a ton of money on gas. I would highly recommend you check out this vehicle. And, if you need a slightly larger SUV, Ford offers the Edge in a hybrid model as well.

Be sure to get the Titanium model with the larger engine. It is a joy to drive, to start remotely on a cold winter morning, and to use the GPS to find almost anything. I especially like the warning lights that show cars on either side. It is a great car.

A surprisingly quick, fuel efficient, pleasant to drive vehicle. I recommend buying the Titanium version to receive all the benefits of owning the Escape. We’ll worth the additional cost.

I have the car in multiple time to get the foot activated lift gate to work right and it still doesn't work most of the time.

Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

This Escape has served me well for 52000 miles in the two years that I have owned it. It gets reasonable gas mileage (28 mpg around town) and 31 on the highway. The EcoBoost turbo gives it enough kick when I pull out to pass and there is plenty of seating and cargo space.

We already had a 2016 S model that was trouble free for 4 years and currently 48k miles. I replaced my spare car with the 2013 SEL AWD loaded like a Titanium. After 2 years it has been fantastic. Only trouble was 2 bad rear wheel speed sensors. Cost me $54 in parts to replace myself. Many 250 mile interstate round trip drives and never an issue. It had 62k miles when I bought it with full documentation of all minor repairs and maintenance. Regardless of reviews I got a good one. Check the history, check out before you buy, and you can find a good one like I did. They are not all bad.

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

We've bought a 2011 Escape and traded it in for the 2018 fwd. I much prefer the 2011 model that drove like a truck and had a better subjective design and way better 360 degree visibility. Yet styles change and the 2018 fwd looks like a crossover. The model we chose had a small screen but there were other good featured like fuel economy and big front windshield. It had good cargo space and some storage by the spate tire. Happy Trails and use the vehicle to escape to the outdoors from the cement jungle of the busy city life.

Bianco is great place to buy a car, they have great used cars at affordable prices. Both Frank and Ed are very helpful they’ll get out of their way to help their customers when something goes wrong with the vehicles they sell. When my car broke down they fixed it at no cost, they replaced a mass air flow sensor all oxygen sensors, two catalytic converters both front and back and a tune up if thats not enough. This is a reputable business, honest, and transparent, I will buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.

At this point my Escape have 104.000 miles on it, no issues. Great exterior and interior. Technology in this car for 2011 is great, Bluetooth, handfree phone,satellite radio. The materials used in this car are the long durability after 11 years the car looks new.
