I am pleased with my decision to purchase this Ford Escape. Must have been made with me in mind. I am a retired outgoing senior lady. Great style, color and just the right size. Excellent gas mileage and I simply love the comfy ride.

Bought the vehicle in December of 2020. First new car I've bought in over 20 years. Absolutely love this vehicle. Great gas mileage. 3 cylinder, turbo that has some is powerful. Great back up camera and love the big screen display for the radio. Easy to reach controls. Easy to reach cup holders. Plenty of room inside, don't feel cramped. Rides smooth for such an economical car.

I've had my car about 3 weeks. I really like it. There are a few small mistakes that keep it from a perfect five. The door pull to close the door is just an opening. It should be a small pocket, perfect for a ChapStick or a few quarters or whatever. The cup holders have small arms meant to hold a smaller cup or keep a cup secure I guess. They are hinged at the bottom so they are very annoying and difficult to put larger cups in the holder. They should be hinged at the top. The power windows are only automatic down, you must hold the switch the entire way up. When you touch the spot on the outside door handle to lock the car there should be a 4-5 second delay before the automatic unlock activates. That would allow you to check and confirm the car is locked. Small things, but things that could be done better to make the car even better.

Nice car,bought it in July 2021 had 24000 thousand miles.I am 77 years old always wanted a small suv.i have problems with it keep saying Low tire pressure i need to know why it keep on doing that i have to keep putting air in the tires.

Great AWD hybrid option. Nice tech features but not too much. Like the app. Comfy accommodations. Plastic door panels look like cheap crocs though. Otherwise: Recommended!

A surprisingly quick, fuel efficient, pleasant to drive vehicle. I recommend buying the Titanium version to receive all the benefits of owning the Escape. We’ll worth the additional cost.

I like the car a lot, and would recommend it to anyone looking for that type of vehicle. It has the space I'm looking for, the comfort is very good. I really like the fact that I can repeat and archive songs that I like on the radio. One thing I don't care for is the "Dial" shifter, I'm still getting used to it, but just don't like it, I like a Stick shifter in the center console or the steering column. Other than that, I'm very pleased with he car, it has plenty of get up and go while still being good on Gas, I'd buy another one.

We found a great deal on an off-lease CPO Kia Telluride at Liberty Kia through cars.com. We made initial contact with the dealership late at night and wanted to come by the next morning to look at the vehicle. We were on our way to the dealership before we were contacted to setup an appointment. No worries, Tony our salesperson was still welcoming and considerate eventhough we missed making an appointment and eventhough he was working with another customer. After a few minutes we were shown the vehicle. It was in beautiful condition. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Discussed price briefly with Tony and made the deal. The sale price and other fees were all detailed on their website and was what was expected. No extras. No 10 trips to the manager. No BS. Just nice and easy. We made the deal but we needed to come back later to complete the transaction and work through financing. Tony made arrangements to have us picked up at the nearby train station for the vehicle pickup. Bernadette in financing made the financing process quick, easy and reasonable. No BS there either. Never felt like we were waiting around. I've leased or purchased about 20 cars and this transaction is among the best I've experienced. I bought my 2018 Titanium Escape about 2 years ago with about 32000 miles. Now two years later I have just hit 46000 miles. At first I had some warranty work that had to be taken care of. Display on the HVAC had numbers out, the sync 3 was completely crazy and it had a bubble in the paint on the lower inside drivers door. All work was completed. The dealer service was outstanding. No hassles . Like any new car to you, the Escape took time to learn where and what all the features were. The Titanium has A LOT of bells and whistles. It took many reads of the owners manual to figure out what they were. Now that I've learned I am very pleased. Things like Lane corection, adaptive Cruise control, blind spot monitoring and a dozen more features are very useful. It has auto park and to be honest I don't use it , but it has it so I had to try it out, and it works like a charm. Many people I know have that feature on their cars, but have never tried it. The interior is nice, except I don't like the seat back configuration with a bulging pillow top along the seat back. It's all for show but a pain in the back for many people. Ford, get wise and build for comfort , not show. The extra large windshield is great. Best forward viability I have seen in modern vehicles. Heater controls are hard to identify . They are mounted low and in a dark area that requires the driver to take his eyes off the road. So that's the negative. And I'm being picky. This SUV is fun to drive, sure footed and comfortable. 2.0 turbo has guts and the fuel mileage is acceptable for this amount of power. Quality of interior parts is above average, as is the quality of the leather seats. All windows are express which is handy. Puddle lights on the front doors are helpful when coming up to the car at night. The keypad entry is nice when you're outside and don't have your keys but want to get in the car. The hands free rear tailgate is great! I use it nearly every day. The sun visors that slide to give you protection from the sun when it's shinning in the side window is a winning feature. The Sync 3 system is great! Ford got it right. It's fast, accurate and voice commands work very well. When I bought this Escape I liked it. Now two years later I love it. I'm not a Techie guy, just a 75 year old retiree who is willing to adapt to modern Ideas

This Escape has served me well for 52000 miles in the two years that I have owned it. It gets reasonable gas mileage (28 mpg around town) and 31 on the highway. The EcoBoost turbo gives it enough kick when I pull out to pass and there is plenty of seating and cargo space.

Be sure to get the Titanium model with the larger engine. It is a joy to drive, to start remotely on a cold winter morning, and to use the GPS to find almost anything. I especially like the warning lights that show cars on either side. It is a great car.

In June 2021, I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS350 from Rockland Motors with 80,000 miles. I've now had the car for 4,000 miles and waited to give this review so I could get to know the car. I found Rockland Motors because they had a specific car I wanted. Still, I wouldn't hesitate at all to buy from them again. They have a good selection of clean vehicles in many price points. Lot is in good condition. Buying a car is intimidating, no doubt. They were friendly, transparent, and fair. Price was fair to good. They are looking to sell cars yes, and they'll ask for the sale, but they didn't apply unnecessary pressure to buy. They asked about my hesitations to buy that day, I told them. When I said I needed to think overnight about it, they let me. The next day I put the deposit down. They have a full mechanic onsite. They did some reconditioning on the vehicle at my request and from their own inspection. They also advised me on what didn't need to be done, like spark plugs replacement which I asked for, and which on independent research, checked out that I can get to 100,000 miles. But they gave me the plugs. While they didn't let me take the car to an independent mechanic, I had Lemonsquad inspect the vehicle after I put a deposit down. I suppose if I sold used cars I wouldn't want it leaving my lot either but I was nervous about that. Regardless, the car checked out well, but did show a store DTC code. Sales manager Joe and their mechanic said the code would clear, not to worry. I was nervous about that too. But it did clear. I had a wheels off inspection a few days after I picked it up. There were no DTC codes on a professional scanner, and the suspension items Lemonsquad couldn't fully check looked good. Mechanic said its a very good car in good condition. Being a Toyota helps. I just scanned it myself a few days ago and no codes. Finally, this isn't about Rockland Motors, but it is important to remember you're buying a used car, and saving a ton of money VS new. Dealers can't know everything about a car. It may not be perfect. It may require some conditioning post purchase. Look at the car with someone who knows a bit about cars. Have a mechanic inspect it. Without a doubt, I would go back gladly to see the folks at Rockland Motors to purchase a car, but I hope that is no less than 10 years from now!
