Great service, after the storm.

Dead battery in a 2010 Escape, discovered as Winter Storm Jonas began. After the shoveling, I called Family Ford and applied the trickle charger. Family Ford said come one in, we have lots of batteries, already charged. I was in and out in less than an hour....even while crew was shoveling the parking lot.
Always friendly and professional, this service department takes good care of me. I like that they do not try to sell me what I don't need.
