The people that work at this dealership are amazing. I was looking for a very specific used car, and happened to find one at Jack's, which is about 4.5 hours away from where I live; decided to take a chance and bought the car and when I traveled to pick up the car had my current card break down on the side of the highway about 2 hours away from the dealership. The area that I broke down in was very tiny and had no rental shops open and with no way of knowing how long it was going to take my car to get fixed I was stranded. I called Jack's to let them know what was going on (expecting that I was going to have to stay at a hotel until Monday and then come and get the new car). Greg at the dealer ship actually came to pick me up. Most places claim that they'll go the extra mile for customer service, this place truly does it! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and the whole buying process was simple and easy. I would highly recommend Jack's as the place to buy a car or have any work or detailing done.
Just purchased a 2012 f150 from jacks and could not be happier! The staff was very helpful and understanding. They even got me a manual at no charge which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new vehicle.
My girl and I needed a SUV that would fit all of our kids and didn't want a minivan. We went to 7 different places that said guaranteed financing only to be treated like crap. We bought a SUV from Drive Time and in 3 months we had to put over $2600 into it just to keep it running. When we called Drive Time to tell them about all the problems they were like it's not there problem. We ended up seeing a ad on TV about Southside Motors and figured what the heck lets check them out. We went in and told them what we needed and they were able get us in to a amazing Chevy Traverse with a 3rd row seat. We've had it a little over 9 months now and thank god we haven't had any problems with it at all. I can't believe all the crap some car lots wanted to sell us. I guess what it comes down to is if you want a swell vehicle and don't want any run arounds just go here. everyone treated us with respect before and after the sell..
Tried to get a test drive during the first big snowfall of the year. WIth a little shuffling between salespeople, they were glad to pull out my car and let me take it around the block a few times. Came back a few days later to buy it and am now zipping along happily. Thanks Ben!
Friendly people. Honest about the truck they showed me. We did not make a deal, but I appreciated their time and honesty. They were not able to give me the amount for my trade in that I was looking for.
The North Hills Auto mall team did a wonderful job by finding my family and i the vehicle we were really looking for and that was in the price range. We had a certain range we wanted to stay in and they got straight to the point when we arrived. They helped my family and i find the perfect fit that accommodated our needs. The sales people are truly professional and really care about your needs in a vehicle. Everybody there was great and if your looking for your next vehicle definitely don't waste your time anywhere else where they wont attend to your needs and waste your own time. We were looking for over a month and everywhere else they pressured us and didn't have anything that even came close to this dealership. Found the best vehicle for the best price. Meeghan Ford, 2551 Memorial Blvd, Connellsville, PA is totally AWESOME, EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING in their service department. While traveling from Virginia to Michigan I experience a problem with my F150.
When I arrived and went into the service area Dee Knox met me and asked how She could help. I explained I was traveling and the problem. She advised me that a Tech would be back from lunch in about 10 minutes and She would have him look at it right away. 10 minutes on the nose and the tech Stacy Selby commenced diagnostics. In about 30 minutes he had the problem isolated what I needed.
Derek White the other service advisor came and explained what part and the cost of what I required. I told him ok let's get it and he set to work to get the part right away.
While I waited Gail Closkey the Receptionist/Cashier showed me to the waiting area provided drinks and a snack.
I really appreciated the small-town atmosphere and caring they provided to someone who did not know the area and the understanding of getting my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Traveling as much as I do I have to say it was a wonderful feeling to know there are still folks who believe that their customers come first and their satisfaction is the most important part of their business.

I was pleased to hear Jen Sausman is the General Sales Manager at Town & Country. I have purchased several vehicles from her when she was at Freedom Ford. Every time I got the best price upfront and I was treated with respect. Nobody enjoys car shopping, but my experience with Jen was actually enjoyable.
