I have owned Fords for many many years and have been to multiple Ford dealerships but I have never been treated the way Hoffman Ford treats me! My very first visit to this dealership and I feel as though these people are my family and are looking out for my best interest. The customer service is outstanding and the facilities are immaculate. My service advisor, Kiana never stopped smiling and making me feel welcome.

I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.
I felt from the first phone call I was dealing with a straight shooter , and I was right . Kevin could not have been more honest or accommodating. A hard thing to find at any car dealership anymore. In the future I’ll be living in NC but would check 905’s inventory before anyone .
Thanks to Zach Harpin and his dealership I was looking to buy a truck but they didn't have any on there lots that I wanted. They were able to find 1 in the auction with the options I gave them, definitely made the experience a lot easier with A++ customer service
Ok. So took the plunge and went to car max to buy a car. The main reason is they have a great selection of cars for good prices. The customer service was awesome and my buying experience was great. I would recommend anyone to go to car max as they make financing easy and you can see multiple banks offers right in front of you. They have a wide selection of cars that seemed to be very well priced. If you don't like any cars on their lot they can get one from another Carmax which is what I did. My only complaint is that 90% of the vehicles I looked at were very dirty in the inside. My car was not detailed there was food and trash In between my seats and dirt all inside. I mean they don't haggle on price or on appraisal shouldn't we at least get a clean car. Other than
I had an excellent experience at Carmax from start to finish. I traded in my car towards a new(er) one that was transferred from a CT Carmax. Everything went extremely well. I would highly recommend Carmax....Imer Lopez and Rolando were excellent to deal with. The facilities were great, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and more than willing to assist me and my family. They were very patient and knowledgable and did not pressure in any way. I would definately go to Carmax again in the future!
I bought a use Fusion from Carmax last August. I picked Carmax because it was an easy way to sell a car and replace it in the same transaction. I was looking to find a quick way to get rid of a vehicle to settle an estate and it was convenient that they gave a quote that was good for a couple of days. The staff was friendly and the transaction was care free. But my reason for this review came in the mail this past week. I just received a safety recall in the mail. I didn’t think much of it because these things happen, but when I went to Ford to get it repaired the man said “this recall has been out for over a year, where have you been?”. He then noticed that I haven’t owned the car very long and asked where I bought it. That sparked my interest… This was a SAFETY recall!!! After researching it, it looks like the recall has been out since December 2011. That means that Carmax had the car and didn’t bother to look into the recalls, let alone have it repaired. This is something that wouldn’t have cost Carmax a single penny and they neglected to have the repairs done. I should note that it didn’t cost me more than some time to take it to Ford, but it makes me very concerned about what other corners Carmax may cut. This one wouldn’t have cost them anything and they didn’t do it. Wonder how many other safety repairs they neglect, especially the ones that may cost them some money.

I recently purchased my new suv from Carmax in Lancaster. After people telling me left and right not to go there because they are "the big bad carmax" I decided to go in on a sunday and check out what they had. I saw some cars I was interested in that day, and bought one monday! Wanita was my (saleslady?) and she was so nice! She took me on a tour of the lot and really helped me find what I needed and was very helpful! I ended up buying my rogue. While signing the papers the office lady was so nice and explained everything so nice. When I walked outside to my new shiny car the service tech alex was so nice and congratulated me on my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Being a single woman it was great to not walk into a dealership and feel like I was being ripped off and pressured into buying a car that wasn't for me.
I've been getting both my 2011 Outback and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Faulklner. Always a good experience. Bought my used Toyota from them. They gave me more for my used car than the other dealers on the same strip.
Salesman Jeff Turner was great finding the right car for our needs. In fact, it had so many more great features than we were originally looking for and now we are so glad we will have these added perks!
