Matt Cornett was a joy to work with during what is normally a stressful experience. He is not a high pressure salesman, and that really worked for me. He patiently answered all of my questions and was so helpful getting me the car I wanted. Strong Auto has been great about fixing the few minor things I noticed on the car and making certain that I drove off the lot a happy customer!

Just what I wanted for the price. Will be able to carry musical equipment that I use all the time being a working musician. The size of the back with seats folded down is great.
Went there after going to multiple other dealers. Having 230 plus vehicles, we actually felt like we had options. Once we got there we where given time to actually walk around and look. WE found the perfect car for us and financing was very simple and quick. WE left there in a matter of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

So far so good, wish it would get better gas mileage. Enjoying the sun roof and great features. It will meet my needs and expectations.
BILL BOOTH WAS AT MY CAR BEFORE I COULD GET OUT. HE WAS POLITE, CONSIDERATE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TOYOTAS. HE NEVER PRESSURED BUT WAS ALWAYS QUICK TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE BUYING AT GREEN'S TOYOTA. THE MANAGER AND STAFF AT GREEN'S TOYOTA TREATED US WITH RESPECT AND PROVIDED A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT EXPECTED AND WAS UNBELIEVABLE AFTER SOME CONFUSION CAUSED US TO WAIT FOR SERVICE THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. WE WE MORE THAN COMPENSATED FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE. WE HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR THE STAFF AT GREEN'S TOYOTA AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND BE SURE AND ASK FOR BILL BOOTH.

This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!
We went in to just "Look" , Keith Jackson was very friendly and put no pressure on us to buy. We ended up buying our Ford Edge right then. The process was very quick and easy. He then took us to see Christopher Gillum who was very courteous and friendly. Christopher took it upon himself and went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible and made the car buying experience the "BEST" we have ever had. If you want a hassle free experience go in and ask for Christopher Gillum!

Economical, peppy, functional

For the price you can t beat this SUV. Practical, economical, inexpensive. Hood looking. Lots of power equipment and convincence items. I have two. Both awd.
Had been looking for a specific make and model car in a small model year window. The car I was looking for was between 15 and 19 years old and not very accessible. One popped up on Paul Miller Mazda website. I live over 600 miles from the dealership which by all reason would make this a very complicated process. I contacted the dealership and a sales person immediately responded. They went above and beyond on what most dealerships would consider an insignificant vehicle and sale. I made the trip to see the car (8 hours driving out there), there were some unforeseen issues with it and they made every effort to possible to help me with this car. They negotiated the price according the issues found in the car as well as making the financial and paperwork transaction run just as smoothly. This was a cash deal and they did for me that they were doing for all the other customers who were buying much much more expensive vehicles and obviously had a much greater profit margin. All the staff I encountered was awesome and willing to help. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and made you feel at home not at a care dealership. Will definitely consider making another trip over to them when I am in the market for another vehicle.

So far 2017 Ford Escape is Reliable

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
I loved my salesman, he was very patient and informative. He made me feel confident in my purchase and that I was getting the best deal out there!

Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
This one is a winner. I would purchase another one when needed. No improvement is need, Ford seemed to think of everything. It has performance and comfort, easy to drive. Great fuel economy, 25 in city and 30+ on the highway. I have the 1.5 liter engine with turbo charge, has a lot snap.
I purchased a 2017 escape and it 70,000 miles my transmission went out. I took it to the dealer fortunately I had the extended warranty However, the dealer has had my vehicle now for four weeks and still has not put it on the rack to find out what’s wrong with it. If you go to Parsons Ford in West Virginia and have the extended warranty will give you a loaner car. But you may not get your car back for weeks on end and did not expect a transmission go out this early.
We were looking to purchase one vehicle only and instead left with two! Everyone was so patient with me and my family, I had my kids with me and Chris Walls was so patient and understanding. Customer service is beyond expectations and everyone went an extra mile to keep my us satisfied. Right from the beginning, Chris worked with our price range and was very patient bringing us cars to try so our kids (yong kids) wouldn't have to walk. He was able to get us two cars with a trade in that we owed money to within our price range. We were shocked when he said it was a done deal! There's a room in the back with drinks , food and games for kids and after purchasing two brand new vehicles and trading one in it was a much thanked feature of the dealer. Chris walls was able to make a great business for us and we are so happy!!! Thank you Chris !! We will surely do business with you when our leases are up and I will recommend you to anybody who is search of a new vehicle. Thank you again ¿

This vehicle so far is just what I was looking for.. Not sure yet how it performs in the snow hopefully it will be great seeing I live in the country with hills and etc..
Just bought a used car from Don Franklin. Chris Walls was our sales person. He was great to deal with. He listened to our desires in a vehicle. He was knowledge of the vehicle particularly the "bells and whistles" and assisted us in getting to know the capabilities of vehicle. Thanks Chris for your great service!

Had very low miles on it.

I needed a newer - reliable car. Wanted some extra space for 2 dogs and crates and luggage. I travel all over the midwest for dog shows and fun.
I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Vehicle available to be shipped to your home. Contact

Owned Many cars and this is the best.
by MattM from Toledo, OH

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
I really like it. The seats fold flat only because of the special mechanism when the seats fold down. I wish it was truly flat. I test drove one where it was broken so the seats did not fold flat. The steering wheel is a little small I feel. I'd like it to be a bit wider specifically. The Bluetooth audio is subpar in my base model, so getting the options of android auto or Apple car play is definitely worth the money. I wish the fuel economy was a tad better, but it's whatever.
