My son and I came to this dealership to look at a used car. Hendrik is the quintessential salesman! Very professional yet personable, and low key overall. Just the right combination for us. We were able to take the car to our mechanic 10 minutes away from the dealership. The car passed inspection. Our only hesitations were the problem history of those cars made in that year combined with the price. We left to think about the purchase (and may return to buy the car). But we met Hendrik and would have no qualms about buying the right car from him. We highly recommend Hendrik!
We went to many places befor we found these people. I wish we would have not wasted time at those other shady places! The cars they have there are in a completely different league. They all looked new and drove perfect! The prices are fair and they are not pushy at all. My daughter loves her car. Our small budget went far with them.

Do not like your pre-checked Service Report, on my last service my windshield washer fluid was bone dry- what else was left undone??? Service items should be completed then checked off so Sevice Technicians cannot forget to perform checks.
Terry was respectful and listened carefully to my explanation of transmission problems. Hopkins and Acura were efficient in fixing the problem. At this point, my car runs fine. In addition, Acura extended part of the warranty on this car, which was not required, but is very much appreciated, and will assure that we will continue our longstanding purchases of Acura vehicles.

Jason Rowan and David Martin of internet sales were a great combination of competent and likeable and knew everything there was to know about Fords truck models. Jason and I corrdinated via telephone and answered each and every one of my questions with the level of care and attention you would hope for in a salesman. Upon arrival, David introduced me to the truck, providing me with everything there is to know about it and what makes it so great. David???s product knowledge, integrity and sense of humor was critical to build trust with Serramonte Ford and in my overall decision to purchase the truck. I then met with the finance manager, Moe Gharib had a great personality and handled the signing process efficiently. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I was refereed by a friend to this dealer and I went to purchase a SUV from this dealer, I called them and made an appointment with Mike and when I got there he had the car ready for me to test drive, he answered all the question that I had with best of his knowledge, once I decided that that I would buy this vehicle we went inside the office and he explained everything for me and once I agreed with the deal than I went to finance department and they got me the best Interest rate that I could get.
