Larry Largent is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. My wife and I were stranded in Victorville when our transmission blew on our truck going up the Cajon pass on New Years Day 2018. This happened at 8:30am in the morning while on our way to Arizona. We got towed to Sunland Ford and waited until the next day in our trailer for the shop to open. At 6:15am Larry showed up and I met him first thing. He advised me to give him until 6:45am and he would help us as they opened at 7:00am. When 6:45am rolled around he immediately helped us. He had our truck checked out as soon as the transmission manager showed up. Unfortunately the transmission manager advised us the transmission was done and would need to be fully re-built. This would take a week. With our kids and dog already in Arizona as our kids were taken there with friends the previous day, Larry ensured we got sent right over to Enterprise to get our rental vehicle. We unloaded our trailer and were off. Larry ensured we have good updates as to the progress of the repair and kept realistic expectations during the process. Larry even had our trailer pulled onto to the Sunland lot so it was not left on the street for a week.
I have been to many other Ford dealerships, Larry and the employees in the service center exceeded my expectations.

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.
Patti and I bought our 1916 Ford Explorer, I believe in Oct 2015, We love it and we were so pleased with the Salesman Moise (sp) Really impressed with the courtesy and information he gave us. We had the Explorer serviced with you on the day before yesterday. We don't remember his name but he guided us thru the process---a remarkable helpful person. We were in and out in 45 minutes which was appreciated. We are impressed with your operation!

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
