I don't normally write a review and never outside of google or amazon but I just have to get the word out there because of the excellent service here. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car the just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! It's like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didn't really have to since the waiting area was amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. Better than a cafe!. I didn't wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes!) I am happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price I will not purchase or lease it again.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.

I shopped around for a Chevrolet Volt last autumn. Muzi Chevrolet was the first dealership I visited. I then comparison-shopped in person at three more in the region. And I went back to Muzi and bought there. Sales rep Bobby Nuvoli was very attentive, informed, and not pushy. Sales manager Keith Eisele was straight-ahead and clear with price details from the first moment. I am a serial leaser and understand how it works. I wanted to know total price info, zero down, not the monthly price which is easy to manipulate. With Bobby and Keith, this felt businesslike and professional. Six months later, I am very happy with the Volt, which has strong torque, rides smoothly, and is way ahead of the Prius for e-mileage (53 miles per charge). What's more, the big federal incentive is factored into the lease price, and I also received a $2,500 cash check rebate back from the state government. So the deal is solid, for a quality car car. (The Bolt wasn't out yet; I might have been tempted).

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.

I really like it. The seats fold flat only because of the special mechanism when the seats fold down. I wish it was truly flat. I test drove one where it was broken so the seats did not fold flat. The steering wheel is a little small I feel. I'd like it to be a bit wider specifically. The Bluetooth audio is subpar in my base model, so getting the options of android auto or Apple car play is definitely worth the money. I wish the fuel economy was a tad better, but it's whatever.

My siblings and I are from the north shore and was car shopping for the day. Our first dealership we stopped at in Shrewsbury was a no go. It was too bad, we were very serious about financing a car but couldn???t test drive the car, but gladly......thankfully, we ended up at AutoMax. I can???t tell you enough how happy and satisfied I was purchasing a vehicle with confidence at AutoMax Pre-Owned in Framingham. AutoMax has a very inviting atmosphere and employees who work with you to make your purchasing a vehicle a breeze. As soon as we strolled in, we were already taken cared of by one of the associates who greeted us. We simply wanted to test drive a car beforehand and they got a salesmen, Luiz Espigar to assist us in test driving a car. After we test drove the car, we asked for him to give us a moment so my siblings and I could discuss if it was a go or not. He respectfully gave us our space and let us collaborate. Everything was perfect about the vehicle, from the mileage, the price, the smoothness of the drive, and the look and feel of the Mercedes. 100% I felt confident ready to finance the car. However it wasn???t up to me, it was up to my cousin, if he wanted the car or not. In the end, we ended up purchasing the Mercedes C300, and everything went smoothly, Luiz answered our questions, spoke about the pricing, showed us the carfax, etc. He didn???t make it feel like your typical sketchy salesmen at other dealerships who are trying to rip you off. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we got what we wanted. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, Luiz is the guy to go to..and this is coming from a young person who has car shopped a few times and co-signed before, not much experienced but very knowledgeable of who is genuine. You don???t get many dealerships that take you seriously. Note: We purchased the Mercedes on a Saturday during the RMV 3day closure and somehow they got the car up and ready to go the following Thursday. It was fully serviced, cleaned, tinted(came with the package I signed up for) and he kindly put gas in it. Thank you AutoMax, especially a thank you to you Luiz and the finance women who both made it extremely easy!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.

This one is a winner. I would purchase another one when needed. No improvement is need, Ford seemed to think of everything. It has performance and comfort, easy to drive. Great fuel economy, 25 in city and 30+ on the highway. I have the 1.5 liter engine with turbo charge, has a lot snap.

I have bought four cars now from Automax. But I just picked up a rim that was damaged on my BMW 650. The tech, Bernie, did such a nice job. You can't even see where the repair was. I like the service department. I've never encountered a situation they could not do and do well. The techs know their cars and the prices are well below what you'd pay at a BMW dealership. Don't think so? I used Herb Chambers BMW twice (a while ago) and never again. Herb hit me for $1200.00 for rear brake pads and rotors. Automax charge for the same thing is less than half. Never had a bad experience here. Just the opposite. I use this place all the time.

I purchased a 2017 escape and it 70,000 miles my transmission went out. I took it to the dealer fortunately I had the extended warranty However, the dealer has had my vehicle now for four weeks and still has not put it on the rack to find out what’s wrong with it. If you go to Parsons Ford in West Virginia and have the extended warranty will give you a loaner car. But you may not get your car back for weeks on end and did not expect a transmission go out this early.

2013 Ford escape The service is always wonderful. I have had one issue for about a year, insulation around my exhaust pipe that keeps shredding. The staff finally fixed it. I do hope I do not see it hanging again. Thank you to Jim Foley and staff to correct it.

Before I tell my story I just want to Say that Big Joe is amazing and I consider myself lucky to have worked with him. My day started with a 1.5 hour drive to the Auto Mile to look at some Honda Pilots at Big dealerships. At each one I was Cattle Prodded through their "process". No fun! Then a GREAT deal on a 2015 Pilot popped up on CarGurus. It was 20 miles away and at a used car dealer called Huggard & Ewing - wearily I left the big dealers and went to take a look - so glad I did! I met Big Joe right at the front door. Told him what I was there to see and he let me know it had just come in and was yet to be serviced for sale - they service all the cars before sale and Chris in service is super thoughrough. It turns out the car was three miles away and without knowing ANYHTING about me or my finances (and without trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot) Big Joe grabbed the keys to a Lincoln and said "jump in, let's go see that truck". Joe and I wandered around and inspected the Pilot in the pouring rain then I took it for a drive, the truck was great and I put down a deposit with plans to pick it up 3 days later before a 10 day driving vacation. Joe and I also connected on a personal front as we determined during our drive our families have some mutual friends. The day before pick up I got a call from Joe who was concerned that when in Drive the differential lock feature (full time 4wd vs AWD) was not kicking in and he didn't want me to take the car until it was figured out. So, still under warranty it was off to Honda. I was leaving for 10 days the following day and expressed concern to Joe about the timing and deposit. He said "enjoy your vacation, the Pilot will be here when you get back, if you don't want it then you get your deposit back." It turned out that the differential was JUST FINE, Joe And I did not know it had to be in D2 verses Drive to kick in (basically only to be used if your stuck and need the low gear power and traction). Ok, we learned something and it was operator error :) The amazing thing is that Joe and H&E management held that perfectly ready (and incredibly priced) truck on the lot nearly 2 weeks until I returned! Not many (if any) used car dealerships would do that! Big Joe is honest, trustworthy, and truly a customer advocate - something that is hard to find in any profession! The rest of the team did great work on the vehicle and made sure EVERYTHING was great the day I arrived, Thanks to Chris and the whole H&E team. This is probably the third review I have ever written, but the team there deserves the props!

Upon first impression at Absolute, I like that I was able to freely just browse without someone jumping down my throat. That being said, they gave me NO pressure to buy a car. It's not a good look when a dealership seems desperate for my business (ahem Midway). I also was impressed that each car was squeaky clean detailed PRIOR to test driving. I got a great deal for a 2014 Ford Escape, something I never thought would be in my price range at the moment. A few weeks later, I returned with a key issue. I was only sold one key when I bought the car (technically not their fault-they were also only sold one key from the auction). However, on the dash, it said that there was a second key floating around somewhere. Normally I wouldn't care about having a second key, but my issue was that I had my car stuck on the "my key" parental control setting and NEEDED an admin key to shut it off. I researched the issue and found that other people were forced to pay $300+ out of pocket when going back to their dealer with this issue, so that's what I was expecting. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to pay for me to go to a specialist and get a new key programmed! I do have one critique. I had called about this issue about one week after purchasing the car, and Lisa answered the phone. She definitely doesn't have the most friendly tone, to be honest. I felt more welcomed by the gentleman. All in all, great service and will be back to the shop for my car maintenance.

This vehicle is so roomy, will be great for road trips. The bigger screen for navigation will be extremely helpful. Absolutely love that the back seats fold down flat for extra storage.
