We???ve bought 3 cars from Doug Justus and have been quite happy with them. We really like that the salesmen don???t pressure and are willing to let us test drive as many cars as needed.
Serves my every need reliably

This is my 2nd Escape Hybrid (previous one was a previous-generation 2006) that I have well over 100K miles. It is comfortable to drive, serves my every SUV versatile need, and gives me great CITY mileage for a 4x4 SUV. Although it lacks some of the tech bells & whistles that have come to grace cars in the years since this was built, I still love driving it. It was sad to see that they stopped making it after 2012, and am not going to know what to try next when the day comes for me to get my next vehicle. Ford's excuse was that the "new" Escape with EcoBoost gets nearly as good mileage as the hybrid did, but they're talking highway, and almost all my driving is city. I hope that a future generation will bring back the hybrid, hopefully with an Energi (plug-in) version also.
I was able to get a great deal and Kylen Rushbrook was an awesome salesman who really made the whole process easy and laid back!
36mpg SUV. No brainer.

AWD is a headache forcmaintenance and repair cost. CVT transmissions are amazingimg efficient and easy to maintain. So, a Fwd fird escape hybrid was a nombrainer for our growing family. We get the clearance of a SUV, the cargo capacity pf a SUV, the look and features of a SUV but with the fuel economy if a 4cyl small car. 36mpg combined and we have a tow hitch, to boot. This is the smartest family car we could buy.
Great working with jimmy best experience ever he help me found the suv I wanted . Best help when u come to Windy City ask for Jim xxxx we’ll help you any way possible.
Move more space for less gas

This has been a beauty of a car to own and use. No major issues in 8 years, and it's still in great shape. This car will run another 10 years easily. Great on gas and lots of room. Clean, fun & efficient.
I didn't believe I could drive out in the car of my dreams. Thank you Cecilio for understanding my needs, wants, respecting my budget and making this a reality. I am new to this process and it was quite straight forward. No games or tricks, just getting me in the right car at a price I could afford.

When I started looking at new vehicles to replace my piece of junk PT Cruiser I reviewed and test drove 2 GMs, 2 Jeeps, and 2 Fords of all the cars the Escape felt solid, drove equally solid and had very little road noise come into the cabin. Although the 2 GMs were just as quiet and solid. Since this is a everyday use car is was trying for the perfect blend of space and MPG. After a lot of discussion and although a little more expensive we settled on the Escape Hybrid. At this time I have approx 4500 miles on it and lifetime MPG average full economy is a shade under 33 MPG with about a 50/50 split city/highway. I fill up now instead of every 6 days I fill up every 12. I purchased the limited version with the leather seats although concerned at first about leather in the summer in Michigan I am pleasantly surprised the lighter colored leather does get warm but not bad when in direct sunlight however you can roast your legs pretty good (got the car in July). The Sound and Sync system sounds great very full sound when playing tunes. The commercials living life on full is not a lie it seems you can drive forever in the Hybrid. The hybrid also has a comic element when driving in EV mode the car is completely silent the looks of terror when someone in a parking deck finally realizes there is a SUV behind them.
Stopped by Grace auto just to look at a car on the way to another dealership and they could not have been nicer and more professional. They are a great place to buy a car and we will buy from them again.

Great 4 wheel drive SUV, 2 USB ports and SYNC play. Bluetooth connectivity with phone calls is a little unreliable but it works fine for playing music. Lots of cargo space with all the seats folded down, I regularly haul lots of boxes, golf clubs and files for work so the Escape can handle it all. Plenty of legroom and spaces for your stuff around in the center console and in front of the gear shift. Typical rust spots on exterior around the rear wheel wells and liftgate but it can be easily sanded away and repaired by a good body shop.
Found the car I wanted with all the options Brennan was great!!! He helped me whenever I had a question or requested something done. The women and men there are on point.
Most reliable car I've owned

This car has been dependable as well as economical. The fact that it's a hybrid added to the amount of money I am saving because it is great on gas mileage which is hard to find when driving am suv of this size. It is comfortable as well as stylish making mini road trips or far away travels relaxing.
We went into the Mullinax Ford Apopka location after visiting numerous Ford dealers in the Central Florida area. Our sales consultant Jose Burgos listened to our request and for found that specific vehicle we wanted with little time wasted, after other dealers couldn’t. Jose went above and beyond working with us and as my wife said, this has the best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle, you’ll want to go to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and ask for request Jose!

Have had the Escape for a little over 18 months. It's been averaging about 34 MPG with mostly city driving, and I am sadly a jackrabbit starter, so it would probably be better if I drove it more lovingly. Love the SYNC feature. Surprisingly roomy inside, despite its small and nimble outside dimensions. Minor complaint: I wish there was some convenient place to put the rear seat headrests when I fold the rear seat down.
Overall a reliable car and good on snow and ice.
Cons: 1) very noisy and 2) had to replace the master cylinder at ~60,000 miles. It required a special tool to fix it which could only be found at the Ford dealer and it cost $1200.
Assuming these 2 problems are solved with the latest model, we would by another.
From start to finish Dan at Best buy's was great he knew everything about the car and was very friendly. When it came time to do the paperwork he made everything very clear explaining everything and making it painless and easy. It was honestly the best experience buying a car I ever had there was no pressure just a very relaxed clean business setting with great people. I've been telling everyone if you need a car go see Dan at Best Buy's auto. He will do all he can to get you the best deal on the car your looking for and you won't find a cleaner low mileage great running car for the prices he has. PERIOD!!

The fuel efficiency rating by the Fed was 34MPG city to 31MPG Highway. I have always done better than these numbers. The average is more like 37MPG City and 35MPG Highway. In the warmer months the car delivers 38 to 45 MPG City and 31 to 40 Highway. If more peopole knew how to drive these Hybrid vehicles more people would own them. I prefer bigger cars having previously owned minivans. When it comes to room and comfort these vehicles spoil one relative to other cars. If there was an effective minivan hybrid, I would want one. The Escape has been very reliable. There have been no service issues. My dealer is an exemplary one. I have had to pay for no srvice beyond oil changes, filters and windsheild wiper blades. I think Ford makes the quietest cars in the industry. My hat is off to Ford for this specific model. I only wish the rear seat could move a bit backwards to provid a bit more rear seat leg room.

I have owned three Ford Escape Hybrids - a 2006, 2010 and now a 2011. I absolutely adore these vehicles - the gasoline/hybrid option provide for amazing MPG (especially w/city driving) and the vehicle is comparable with everything currently on the market. I am extremely sad that they no longer make the Escape in a hybrid version, and will ultimately likely have to switch over to Nissan hybrids after this one, but until then, I ADORE my Ford Escape Hybrid.
A much better than average 2004 GMC pickup. More than happy to recommend the drive to others. Straight forward answers from Crystal was most appreciated.

Ford Escape hybrid is reliable and a cost-efficient overall to own vehicle. My son has one and I've had three. I drive one now with great success buy one find one get one. The Ford boxy Escape Hybrid is the one to own don't miss them they go very fast my name is Paul and I would recommend one to everyone I know don't miss out
A No pressure pleasant experience. We dealt with one person (thanks Nikole!) through the entire "look" "test drive" "buy" process. There were nice cars at good prices and very helpful people to get us through the process. We liked the fact that the facility was low key, yet clean and functional. My partner and I are certainly going back to Delta as our first stop next time we need a car and we will be recommending them to our friends. Thanks Again !!

I bought this vehicle originally because it was highly recommended to be pulled behind a RV. Which the reviews were correct. It was very simple to set up for being towed which is a huge advantage compared to other vehicles. In the intern, I am very impressed with its gas mileage and reliability. It has 157,000 miles on it and drives and sounds new yet.
