Very pleasant experience

I know of no one who enjoys the car buying experience, myself included, but this was a different experience all together. I had the good fortune of meeting Frank about 4 weeks prior when we were looking for a Ram 2500. We took the information he provided and continued on with our research finally deciding that we didn???t really need that much truck. Fast forward to this last Wednesday when I stopped by to see about the new 2019 Ram 1500 that I had been watching reviews on. I found Frank walking to his own Ram 1500 and reintroduced myself. After we caught up a bit, I laid out exactly what I was looking for in a new truck. I figured since this is a large purchase, I???ll outfit it with ALL the features that I (my bride) could ever expect. He looked on his lot, then on other dealers lots and we finally came up with exactly what we wanted. He was able to research and offer every rebate or incentive available. Who knew there was an incentive for owning a farm or purchasing a certain brand of tractor in the past? We ended up getting the best price and I gave 4 other dealerships a shot at it. Came back on Friday to sign the paperwork and finish up. Frank will say he???s not a salesman, of course he is that???s how he makes a living, he???s simply the most pleasant type of salesman I???ve ever experienced while buying a car. No pressure and very helpful.
