My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Just had this vehicle a week but have been a lifelong Ford owner. It was purchased as a replacement vehicle with an eye for towing a camper in the future. I was impressed with the towing rating but also with the interior as well. Heated/vented leather seats, navigation, USB & AC voltage ports, Sirius XM & climate zones. Everything works & works well. Braking is great & the 3.5 liter twin turbo seems to have more power than I thought it would.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

They both listened patiently to my needs and offered me an excellent lease opportunity and a fair trade-in value for my previously financed RDX. Wes and Tom were always welcoming, patient, and not pushy giving me several days to make up my mind about several financial scenarios I could afford given my other financial obligations. Wes and Tom were very truthful and worked with me to get a fair and aggressive offer, and didn't hide anything from me, as I independently corroborated with my personal web research. I visited Goodson and David McDavid Acura, just because they worked with Costco, but Vandergriff Acura was better in every respect. Wes and Tom, are consummate sales professionals who follow up without being pushy and had my best interest in mind as they explained to me the pros and cons of buying vs leasing thoroughly, and answered every question I had. They both are truly good advisors, rather than salesmen, and are perfectly OK not getting my business if they know it wouldn't benefit me personally. That is true honesty and I appreciated it. As advisors they have consistently provided me with the best car sales experience because they are friendly (smile) even when others would get impatient with my questions; they follow up; and they are always truthful, hiding nothing from me. Tom accompanied me to a test drive, and explained every feature of the new RDX 2019 thoroughly, as well as helped me set up my data after the deal. In the past I always had taken my Acura cars to be serviced at Vandergriff, because they have knowledgeable professionals, aggressive prices and excellent customer service. I contacted 10 different Ford dealerships online on November 9. I told all of them what vehicle I wanted (2019 Ford Fusion SE) so that I could compare apples to apples. My intention was to purchase by Thanksgiving (within 2 weeks). I asked all of the dealerships to provide me the window sticker and final drive-out price including TTL. I did not want to negotiate back and forth and waste hours of my life to save a few hundred dollars. I wanted to work with the dealership that gave me the best deal from the beginning. Jared with 5-Star Ford in Carrollton was great. He provided me the window sticker and price and went back and forth with me via email a few times to answer a few questions I had. He never pressured me and was very professional throughout the transaction. 5-Star Ford came back with the lowest price and beat the next best price by approximately $1,000. Yesterday, I went to 5-Star Ford and spoke with Jared. I saw my car for the 1st time and within 45 minutes, I was driving home with my NEW Ford Fusion! I could not be happier with this transaction. It was very stress free. Jared provided all the information I needed and did not bombard me with emails or phone calls. I will definitely work with 5-Star Ford (and hopefully Jared) in the future whenever I am looking to purchase a new vehicle.

This vehicle met all my needs until my third son was born- we ran out of room for the entire family, plus the stroller, and groceries. For regular luggage and seven passengers it is extremely comfortable. This would be an ideal vehicle for a family with older children (up to 5). The interior design of the second row bucket seats and third row bench is a very practical set up.

I have wanted a Lexus RX since I first saw a family member drive one when I was in grade school (almost 20 yrs ago). So in October of 2017, I came here with my boyfriend to meet with AFTON in hopes of getting a Lexus RX 350 as a birthday gift... Well the numbers just did not work due to the negative equity I had to carryover from my trade-in; I was CRUSHED to say the least. It was a Sunday evening & I kept thinking about our first interaction when she told me she understood my situation b/c she had been in the same one & worked her way out of it. I couldn???t afford to wait any longer & the clock was ticking on me making the decision to refinance my current car or just get a newer one, so I looked for AFTON???s number (still in my phone from the previous year) & texted her right then... I thought ???This is CRAZY! She???s not going to remember you & it???s SUNDAY... She???s not even at work!??? I???m happy to say I was wrong... She did remember be & she texted me back promptly that same evening. By the next morning (Monday), I had texted her all of the info for my trade-in to see how much they could give me for it; by Thursday evening I was able to visit the showroom again... This time I had ZERO EXPECTATIONS! I told her I just wanted a newer car that was affordable & she said she could definitely do that. She remembered the car I really wanted from the previous year???s notes she???d saved & within 30 minutes had found a newer one in my price range... We took it for a test drive & I FELL IN LOVE, but I still tried not to get my hopes up b/c ???what are the odds this is going to work out now in less than a week???s time & I wasn???t even asking for it?!???... Well it worked! I spoke with AFTON about financing over the next two days (Friday/Saturday) then picked up MY DREAM CAR on Monday afternoon!!! AFTON was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was down to earth, relatable & kept me informed every step of the way! AFTON is AWESOME!!!

Affordable rustic luxury in our King Ranch edition. Nicely equipped and a dream to drive. My kids comment that they feel like they are in a Limo. The features are endless and perfect for a family who needs to tow. Mileage isn't bad, much improved from my previous Diesel Excursion with the added savings of $.50 a gallon.

Purchased 8/27/2018. This dealership is amazing! I've never bought a brand new car before and was a little leery of the process. I had visited 2 Honda dealerships on Saturday and was exhausted with the "haggling". Dori was my Sales Consultant. She was AMAZING! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I purchased. They met my price point and color choice with no fuss, no muss. I will definitely buy my next new car here! If you are in the Dallas Ft. Worth area (or not, I live in Oklahoma) you need to stop in at North Richland Hills and see Dori or any of the sales staff. You will not be disappointed.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is the third new Hyundai I have purchased and the first at Vandergriff. In my opinion, Vandergriff requires too much paperwork, e.g., a "Power of Attorney" to sell the car I traded in, and their requirement for me and my wife to sign the new title application as our names are printed on our driver's licenses and not our usual signatures. I understand these are Vandergriff's interpretation of the laws of Texas, but I suspect Vandergriff is too strict and probably not justified in their interpretation... Otherwise, Vandergriff has been in business a long time and has a good reputation in this area. ( I bought a new car from them in 1958.) I visited two other dealers in my area, both of which were nearer to my home, and Vandergriff offered me the best deal. I am satisfied.

First, I truly appreciated to these salesmen (Todd & Neil) & the great manager, Bruce who extremely nice to help us. There were excellent services that they provided to us (me & my wife). They listenned carefully from our concerns & provided all necessary information that we needed in a very quickly response. They didn't go around the burst for playing around with numbers here and there. They are straightforward, professional and helpful to facilitate us to make our good deals very easily. I couldn't believe that we showed up late night around 8:40p at the dealer store to trade in our old car & buy a new car for my wife. And luckily we met the very nice manager, Bruce, who greeted us at the front door who introduced us all the details from the new features to the current promotions about the new car, Toyota Avalon. And that was more than enough for us to grasp our deals quickly. It only took us less than 10 mins to get our deals of both trading & buying cars. Neil & Todd were the excellent salepersons who were good in technical support process. They followed up on me from emails, signed up on-line accounts & registrations as needed for the new owner. Also they took time to walk me through most of the safety features and the basic setup until I was ready to run on my own. They are my contacts now if any relatives or friends who need new cars I definitely will think of these people at this dealer on top of my list. I was in a major car accident when I was 9 months pregnant and I had my 4 year old car in the back seat. All air bags deployed and we were engulfed in airbags. I was briefly knocked unconscious and awoke to 911 on my Sync, asking if we were okay. I then had to crawl over to console to reach my little girl, who was screaming in fear. We were taken by ambulance to the ER, and remarkably, we were truly unharmed. Not a scratch on my daughter. I had some major bruising, but my baby and I were fine. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I love my expedition. Very spacious with the 3rd row seat. Comfortable tan leather seats. The only drawback is the sync system is horrible compaired to wranglers unconnect. Maybe I haven't learned how to use it correctly.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I love this car! from the torque to the smooth ride and bells and whistles it makes driving a pleasure . I have waited for three years for this car to be overhauled and Ford did an excellent job in bringing this to market. I purchased the King Ranch model as I tend to keep my cars for a long time. Ford shines with this car compared to the others in this category.

James Holliman (Service Director) and Alan Bostley (Sr. Service Advisor) as well as the entire service dealership have gone above and beyond the call of duty once again. If there is an error, they will own up to it and fix it. During my service this past week, they fixed an oil leak from the oil drain pan, changed the oil, did a complimentary 21 point inspection and refinished my headlights; all done exceptionally well and they answered all my questions and provided pertinent information as not to get the headlights wet for 48 hours. Their entire staff are all friendly and approachable if you have any questions and / or concerns about anything with your auto or truck... Great work everyone!!!! By the way... I've been a customer of theirs for almost 30 years and pretty much the same staff is in place. That right there should tell you how well Glen Barnett, James Holliman and the Toyota Corporation treat their employees; of which has a direct correlation on how well they treat their customers. I've found them to be ethical and honest in all of their dealings with me over the time I've been a customer with them.

I purchased a Camry as a first car for my son today. I really did my research up front. I think I have looked at cars for maybe 3 months. I came across what looked like a pretty great car here at Wells Auto Group. Most dealers are pushy as heck and hound you if you even sniff a car. I did't get that vibe at all which I appreciate. I found the Camry to be of reasonable age, mileage, and price. The Carfax was exceptional in that it showed that the car had all recommended maintenance performed at the dealer over the years. They were cool about letting me send my own mechanic to check out the car. My mechanic found a component in the front suspension needed to be replaced but other than some minor cosmetic problems was in good shape. At the end of the day I got what should prove to be a great vehicle for my son at a very fair price and I did not have to deal with pushy sales tactics. I have been to some dealers that I would never step foot in again. Finding a used car can be exhausting. Thankfully, my transaction with Wells Auto Group was nothing like those other dealers. Greg and Frank were both easy to work with. I'm pleased with the end result and I would buy from them again.

Helped us deal with the valet folks, excellent repair work including respray of bed coating due to the need to remove the bed and bolts to repair. After buffing the truck looks brand new! Also installed BakFlip bed cover. Looks great and very tight. Jonathan was friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Great experience! Highly recommend.
