My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.

I've purchased 4 vehicles from Sullivan Brothers in Kingston. The first was used and still ran great. The following 3 vehicles were new and were very dependable. The salesman was good about walking through new features and was very informative in general. Financing, insurance, and registration are handled quickly and with no waiting on my part Another aspect of Sullivan Brothers is the service. I kind of beat up on the 2nd new vehicle I had purchased due to long distances over rough roads. When I needed a repair, the process was painless. The service people are well mannered and informative. They provided me with different options and let me know right off when the charge was covered by my warranty. Service is really responsive concerning general maintenance and my time waiting tends to be minimal. I sometimes use the free shuttle service so I can often go to my job and return at the end of the day without missing work.
I had the pleasure of working with Hunter Phillips – Sales Consultant, Shawn Cotton – Finance Coordinator, and Robert Wilhelm – Sales Manager. Each of these gentlemen was great from beginning to end. Hunter answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with, Shawn was extremely pleasant and did an excellent job of explaining everything in regards to finance, and Robert provided VIP treatment from start to finish.
I shopped around at numerous Ford dealerships before finally buying from Quirk Ford. Quirk offered me the best price by far on a new Platinum Ford Explorer and offered me the best trade-in value by far on my previous vehicle. They were also willing to work with me on accommodating all of the extra options that I wanted installed in my vehicle before taking delivery.
I could not be happier with the service that I received from Quirk Ford. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I’ll just start here and avoid all the runaround that the other dealerships give.
