Angie signed me in with exceptional courtesy and the person that did my repair left my interior clean. Got me out very quickly and stayed within the time I was told.

The most technologically advanced expedition, easily pairs with our cell phones to answer and make calls from your current contact lists, receives and reads text messages, etc.. great navigation, rear backup camera and heated seats are great on the cold winter days.
I've always liked the looks of the Ford Explorer and today I stopped by a Ford dealer close to home and made my purchase after driving a couple Explorers! I enjoyed the drive as much as I've admired the look of the vehicle! Couldn't be any happier!!

It’s what made my wife happy, she loves the color, leather interior, power everything, audio system, navigation, it has it all, thanks Ford, once again.
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.

We love our 2017 Expedition. This is our third Expedition, having had a 2000 and a 2006. This is the most comfortable one yet. It drives very smoothly and it has plenty of room for our whole family.
This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.
Towing?...absolutely unstable! 4,200 mile trip.

Friend rented one and agreed it felt light as if it would slide off the road.
Our dream vehicle now so disappointed. We need help.
Once again I am extremely impressed with the service at Beau Townsend Ford. Having a leak and low tire pressure (below 10 psi) from a screw in my tire on my way to work I stopped in at Beau Townsend where I purchased my vehicle. Understanding the appointment process and heavy business leading up to Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting to get such quick attention to my problem. The staff was courteous and understanding and told me they would do their best to get me in and take care of the problem. After waiting a bit they patched my tire and I was on my way. What a relief!!! Thanks folks.

Good outside and inside. Engine is smooth and powerful. With 4X4 it is a go anywhere car. The light colored interior reduces heat build up and is very attractive.
I just want to say my experience with this dealership was great I have bought a total of four cars at this dealership my last three have been done through Jay Unger he is very professional and always helpful he is not pushy ands helps get the deal that fits your needs I highly recommend Jay. I have owned this Expedition for about 4 months, been on a couple 10 to 12 hour drives...extremely pleased with the comfort, performance and overall ride. Have owned lots of other SUVs/Trucks including newer 4Runners, F150, Sprot Trac and Trailblazer. The 2017 Expedition is my overall favorite over the last 30 plus years of military service, travelling from post to post...and all around the country.
