This is my 2nd new truck (F-150) purchased from Gary Crossley Ford and from Tim Parnacott. Both experiences could not have been any easier. Sent Tim some basic specs I had for the truck and a price range I was willing to pay. Not only was I very pleased with the price (which to us consumers is incredibly important), but the vehicle he pulled up to let me take for a test drive was literally the exact vehicle I "built" on Ford's website. Not to mention, it was late in the year and other dealerships I contacted didn't have my desired color, or some feature(s) was/were missing from the ideal vehicle I had pictured.
Purchase day was very simple. I was in and out (including final test drive, trade-in, paperwork, signatures, etc.) in just a little over an hour.

My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)

After spending the last month shopping for a small SUV on line and in various car dealerships, I bought a Ford Escape at Olathe Ford Lincoln. It's not too small, and not too big, and there was no pressure to buy. He set a realistic expectation for how much time it would take and delivered on that expectation. He went over the report with me, was very friendly and personable, made his recommendations and expert advice. I always enjoy the service Dept at Olathe Ford, they have taken care of my truck and my wife's Escape with the utmost care and respect. Courteous and professional. I worked at a Ford Dealership in the Greater KC area for 10 years as a manager, I know it isn't easy to put a happy face on first thing on a frigid Saturday morning. We appreciate what Mike Wells and the entire Olathe Ford Service staff do for us! Thank you for being a great local dealership.
