My 82 year old mother purchased a used 2011 Ford Edge today! Fully Loaded and Maticulously Preped! When the vehicle was first shown to us it was just taken in on trade and needed some parts and a tire. Larry Ruse was fantastic and a real professional taking care of us all the way and keeping the price where we asked him to! Larry acted as a True Professional and a Caring Consultant. We are very impressed with Flammer Ford of Springhill and we will definitely purchase in the near future!
I was taken care of with out an appt. Friendly, fast & efficient service. I have always received courteous service and attitude from all of Lokeys associates. Including all their departments ... sales, service repairs and phone operators.

I went to Auto Enterprise after doing a search on Cars.com, The car I wanted was a bit too high but I sent out a request anyway. Pete personally messaged me and asked If I wanted. When I said the price was out of my way he asked what I could do. They lowered the price and monthly payments to fit my budget.
When I went to pick up my car there were no extra fees, no shady deals, no bait and switch. I got my car, my papers signed, and I was out the door with a smile. If you need a used car, BUY HERE.
I brought my car to Parks because I received great service on another issue in the past. With this issue however I was not fully satisfied with the results. The part that was ordered and installed was not an exact replacement for my door. It didn't have the heated seat button opening in it. I was okay with that but when I drove the car the next day the two set buttons for drivers seat weren't on it either. This was not relayed to me at the time I paid for your service. I was given the option to have a correct part for the heated seat button but it would be $100 more and it would be 2 days for that part to be in Wesley Chapel. I bit the bullet on the heated seat button but was unaware of the other omission.
Brett Rumford is the biggest reason why we keep going back to Park Ford of Wesley Chapel because when we get there we get first class services.
I would highly recommend anyone that needs service to their vehicle to see Brett Rumford he goes above and beyond helping you with your needs.

I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer from Parks Ford Wesley Chapel with the capable assistance of Mr. Garfield Sang. He was knowledgeable, informative, and attentive throughout the buying process. Based on his manner and work ethic, Mr. Sang is an excellent ambassador for the dealership and for Ford Motor Company at large. I plan to purchase another automobile in the not too distant future, and my first line of inquiry will be with Mr. Sang and Parks Ford Wesley Chapel.
I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.
