Customer Service, Easy, Wonderful Experience, AWESOME!

To whom it may concern, I began communication with Matthew Katz about 1 1/2 weeks prior to purchase ONLY through text messaging. He then sent a few emails with questions, concerns, my interests in what exactly I wanted to go to and my Yukon trade in. From day 1, he was on the ball with communication, even just through texts because of my busy work schedule and being back from vacation. No matter what, he kept me informed of the specific 2018 Explorer that I had my eye on from sunup to sundown. He made it easy and non stressful! When live out of town and as we pulled into the dealership, he met us at our car as we were parking. First hand service, awesome attitude, very welcoming and not at all pushy and overbearing like MOST companies... (of any dealership)! We had our 2 young children with us with was no easy feat but EVERY SINGLE employee at your business stopped and spoke with each of us, engaged with us and made sure that we had everything we needed. We truly had a great experience even though our boys were past the point of tired and we were frustrated bc we knew they were. just. DONE! Matthew never skipped a beat and had a wonderful attitude from beginning to end! To add in, my husband and I had already left the dealership and forgot to take my Tennessee tag off the front of the Yukon I traded in. Keep in mind, it was flooding, an absolute HEAVY downpour when we pulled back in. However, Matthew ran out in the flood and got the tag off of my car without a sigh of aggravation. *I'm pretty certain that my husband and now Matthew hate Tennessee Vols a little less today*. BUT, I THANK YOU and I am still so sorry that, that happened. I would go through Tallahassee Ford all over again and will definitely find my way back if I ever trade this car in. Wonderful transaction, Wonderful Customer Service, Wonderful Employees, Wonderful Hospitality, Just Wonderful!!!!! Y'all have truly impressed this born and raised Georgia Peach!
