We just purchased a New 2018 Ford Explorer and had Bob as our salesman. Our experience from the minute we first walked in the door was excellent. I can’t say enough good about all of the staff at Bob Davidson. Bob thouroughly answered every question we had and helped point us in the right direction. We also dealt with Mike through the process and he was great. We had been down to the dealership a few times and every time we walked in the door we were always greeted and asked how we could be helped. We live 45 minutes away from the dealership and have Ford dealers a lot closer to us but our experience made the travel worth it and we will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone we know who is in the market for a new vehicle.
Chris got me everything I needed and more for the price I was looking for. He was also incredibly accommodating while I was at the dealership. I can't say I've had a better interaction with a salesman: 6/5!

Gene Walsh is an outstanding Salesman. Nine months ago my son needed a vehicle in a hurry as he was being assigned to a military base in a nearby state. Gene guided us through the entire sales process and followed up after the sale to make sure we all was well and all our expectations were met. Last week the car was involved in an accident and we found out later on that the car was totaled. I called Gene a few days ago and explained the situation to him. He found us a vehicle that met all our needs at a price in our budget. He went ahead and had everything prepared for us, as once again we had a short window of opportunity to purchase a vehicle. I would highly recommend Gene Walsh and Bob Davidson Ford. My son who is active military was treated very well and shown appreciation for his military service. A great overall customer service experience.
Drove from Mt. Airy, MD to Bob Davidson Ford on Labor Day with an internet price on a particular 2018 Explorer. I was told by another dealer that Bob Davidson Ford wouldn't be able to provide the vehicle at the advertised price. The other dealer was wrong, sales rep. Victor Difatta did sell me the vehicle at the advertised price. Victor and the rest of the Bob Davidson Ford staff made sure I had the vehicle I wanted at the right price. Technology Specialist Joe Giammona went over every technical and operating feature of my new Explorer and did a great job. Most of my friends know that I purchase a new Ford every year and I have already told them that Bob Davidson Ford is my new go to place for purchasing new Fords.
We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!
Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.

I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.
