Best dealership experience of my life!

As I was checking out my Facebook, I came across the "727 for $39,995" article that Charlie wrote. After having a truck for 4 years, I thought it was time to switch it up. I emailed Charlie late at night with what I was looking for. The next morning, Charlie gave me a call. He and I had a great "car conversation" and the decision was made to do a custom Mustang build! Once the ball was rolling, Charlie contact me every single step of the way during the build. I would randomly get "teaser pictures" during the build process, which made the experience that much better. When the car was near completion, I actually received a video made of my car, including the post build test drive. The video was customized with my name in it. How often does that happen with other dealers?! After a short time, the vehicle was ready to ship my way. After a 22 hour journey atop a car hauler, I met my new ride in a Wal Mart parking lot in Pleasanton, TX. She was a bit dirty from the journey, but the beauty under that dirt was very evident! After doing a quick walkaround for any damage, which there wasn't, the papers were signed and I was off on my 3 hours journey home. Upon getting home, I went straight to the car wash and got her clean. What an amazing car. Over 725 horsepower and great looks. Of course, Charlie was one of the first people that I texted. Overall, this is the best service I have ever received at any dealership, and I have bought a bunch of cars in my time. Charlie is truly a first class salesman and is so passionate about his job and hot rods! I would HIGHLY recommend Charlie and Lebanon Ford to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!
