We bought 2 new cars the same day from another dealer nearly 3 years ago, one for my wife and one for me. This way we have reliable transportation with factory warranty for a few years, at least. My F-150 had a service light indication for AdvancTrac and began experiencing 4 - wheel drive shifting complications. While still under my factory 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty, I chose Jacky Jones Ford and made an appointment to leave my truck with them for diagnostics. They ordered the part(s), completed a 49 - point inspection, asked me about my preference in a new set of tires, and called me promptly when my truck was ready. Although it was tough to leave my truck with them for a day or two because I depend on it so much for work and family. I was pleased with the work performed and left with the confidence and assurance that my truck was back in good order! I will shop Jacky Jones for our next 2 Ford's, considering they took care of my truck just as if it were one of their own.
Purchased my second vehicle through Marshal Mize Ford. The car dealers and staff are extremely friendly and provide a non-pressuring experience. They listened to the details of what I wanted and what my desired fiscal costs are. Even after signing all of the purchasing documents, they were very helpful with explaining features of the car I purchased and had my wife and I meet with the Manager of the dealership and then meet with the Manager of the Service Center, (whom was also very helpful with a few questions I had about the maintenance I needed to do for the convertible top. Since this is my first convertible, I had a few questions about taking care of it).
I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Marshal Mize Ford to anyone, (and I have on several occasions). Great Dealership and Great People!
Traveling from Michigan to Florida for spring break, when oil pressure dropped on I75, we thought our oil pump went, called dealership and spoke with Ricky, he gave me tow truck# and rental #'s. All rentals in area were gone, panic set in!!! Eric from Bargers towing showed up and was a super nice guy, he took us to dealership, Ricky greeted me with a hug and assured me he would do his best to help us out. They had a nice guy drive us to any hotel we wanted and called us first thing in the morning and said they had already found a sensor problem. He came and picked us up at the hotel. Within a couple of hours we were back on the road!!! My teenage daughter and niece were so impressed with the southern hospitality from these two gentlemen they couldn't stop talking about it!! That says a lot!! We couldn't have picked a better place to break down! Thank you doesn't cover the gratitude I feel for you guys! God puts certain people in our lives to show us how we should live and this is an example we will never forget. Thank you again as I am writing this overlooking the beautiful ocean on my vacation!!

My mother and I have always been super fans of Volkswagens. My husband was never sold- until now. His Acura had been on its last leg for awhile and finally died last week. Not wanting to put a lot of money into a 12 years old car that had seen better days, I encouraged him to check out something simlaur ( and in my opinion nicer). So we went to look at Tiguans. I called a few days before we were to come in and check them out with some questions- man did they follow up! They stayed in touch nearly everyday. At first I was kind of annoyed, but being in real estate I soon knew they were just doing their job- and really well. When we got there we were greater by a huge smile that belonged to a Brain. From that point on he was our main man. He made the process fun, easy, and entertaining. My husbad went into it not feeling super great about changing up car brands, but Brains personality, honesty, and knowledge made him feel confident. We rolled out the next day with a 2018 Tiguan. Its only been a few days but the hubs is hooked. Im happy he made the change and he is too :)
Today I signed the papers for my second lease with Mike Murphy Ford after meeting several times with Anthony Davis. Throughout both interactions (2015 and 2018), Anthony was professional, helpful, and encouraging: but NOT pressuring me to make a decision. For comparative purposes, I talked with two other local Ford dealers after my initial meeting with Anthony in early January 2018. The first sales person at Dealer #1 was - in a word - obnoxious, presenting the idea that anyone would be privileged to work with him. The second person (Dealer #2) was more professional; but after I met with him for two hours and given him a written list of questions I needed to have answered in order for me to make a decision, did not respond for more than 5 days. In that e-mail, he only addressed half of what I had asked. I sent him another e-mail containing the questions, and received no response. Anthony was very patient, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner; and did not pressure me to spend more than I can afford. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
De Queen Auto Group has a very unique staff in the fact that everyone I have been in contact with seems to truly care about the customer. Everyone from the boss to the little guy are willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible. My husband gained his wings almost three years ago and this dealership is always eager to help me any way possible from service to purchasing a new vehicle. Sometimes, I have to "just pop in" without an appointment and never have I been turned away. We have been loyal customers of De Queen Auto Group for more years than I remember and they just keep improving. Until I no longer am able to drive, my plan is to remain a customer. I wrote a review back on Feb 23 2016 about being disappointed. I should have written back sooner than now. Ennis Ford has done a outstanding job on getting my truck fixed. Went well overboard to get the problem fixed. Thank you all at Ennis Ford who has helped me in this situation. Mathew Schumacher is the best salesman you could ask for. I have bought 6 vehicles from Matt and will continue. My son just bought a car from him 2 weeks ago and made his first car experience great. My wife was in the market to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek and we were both frustrated by our local dealer as they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of the SUV. Subaru of Ontario on the other hand gave us a great deal beating our local dealer's price by almost $1,000. My wife ended up ordering the Sunrise Orange 2018 Crosstrek equipped the way she wanted it and took delivery 9 weeks later.
Subaru of Ontario's sales team is friendly and helpful. The service after the sale has been top notch. They are a small dealership and both my wife and I liked the no-pressure experience.
I have also had my 2005 Subaru Baja serviced at this dealership and was very pleased with the quality of the work and the money we saved over our local dealer. I urge you to compare prices before you take your Subaru in for service. We have recommended the dealership to several friends for both sales and service.
