My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

We needed to replace our 20 year old Volvo, and were impressed by the Ford product. We have had many Fords in our family fleet, including a '59 Galaxie, a "63 Galaxie, '65 Mustang, a '67 LTD, a '70 Torino, a '76 Granada, a '75 Pinto, a '75 LTD, an '84 Escort GL, an '86 Mercury Sable wagon, a '90 Lincoln Town Car, a '90 Lincoln Mark 7, a '91 Explorer, a 2000 Mustang GT, and a 2001 Escape. Three of those cars are still on the road! We were impressed by Corey's cheerfulness at the front desk, and by Lowell's expertise on the EcoSport we chose, as well as the other cars in the showroom, and of the past. We like dealing with people close to our age who have that experience and knowledge, which we value when purchasing a new car, since our last new car was the '84 Escort! So, to Corey and to Lowell we say thank you, thank you for the bubbly and for the big red bow, and we give to them the highest, 5 gold star award...they went above and beyond the normal greet-and-sell routine. This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!

I recently had a 2014 Benz c350 coupe amg package coupe, but my lease was done and I needed a new car with a new budget in mind since I was going to be paying the insane brooklyn apartment rent. I never leased an American Muscle Car but I decided to go with the 2017 Mustang. James was great to work with. I visited 2 other dealerships (Hempstead Ford and Tower Ford) - btw (Tower Ford's service was terrible) - it was almost closing time and they rushed me into signing a deposit HAHAHAHAH - i couldn't believe it. I went to Levittown Ford and met James after googling reviews and all the reviews were correct - HE WAS THE BEST. He didn't even act like a salesman, it felt like I was dealing with a family member working at the dealership. He helped me with what I wanted and got finalize a deal with the budget I needed to be at (monthly payments). GO TO JAMES. He is the man. Reminds me of the guy from the King of Queens Show (Kevin James). HA! But yes - best service and best employee at Levittown Ford. You the man JAMES!!!!!! Jaekwondo out. Jae W. Kim (leased 2017 Mustang Ecoboost Fastback) with packages and options - color magnetic with the blacked out roof and the interior LED customization lighting package and the performance package as well with the blacked out rims (i think they were 19 in rims). Thanks James for all your help and assistance.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. I love the exterior Ford stepped up on this one, interior is very roomy, I do not like the vents, but the vehicle itself is very nice. Rides good, but I am concerned about gas mileage. On average down the road at 60-65miles per hr the best average was 16.9miles/gallon.

My sales guy was the best.HE was like someone I know for a long time.He made me feel at home with this sale NICE.---But , the day I picked up my truck one key was missing.So because frank was so nice he said Im sorry can you come back I will get you a new key,I said OK.When my truck was at 167 miles the eng. light was on.So I called serive said come back on Friday .I said OK.So while I was waiting for my truck I was looking around and saw a bug garud I would like to put on my truck ($104.37) so I payed for it and the saleman put it on the side.Now I came all the way back for a key that you guys didnt have which is 160 mile from my house.Serive man Rob comes out and tells me we cant fix you truck we dont have the part.oooowell.So I said to Rob ok then and you put the bug graud on for me well it going to cost you.I said what??He said well it man time.I said man time what about my time coming 160 miles to get a key that you should have had??HE said I have to call Frank. well he said he clled Frank but he didnt.Comes back and he said I cant do it.So I gave back the part and walked out nerver to come back.-----Then Frank called me and said Arnie you come back and we will put it on.I said thank you Frank I know this wasnt you.But its on already and cost $57.00 less then yours.At the time I didnt care what it was my salesman made me feel so good about the sale so be it.Thanks to Rob you great service man I saved $57.00 at a diffrent place good going Rob.Ill tell you now if it wasnt for Frank this would been the last time at Levittown for me.It was to bad I had a good sale with Frank I was happy with it all.Fernando also the best,ARNIE

I traded in a 2016 Platinum Expedition for a 2018 Platinum Expedition. I was absolutely blown away by the difference. This is like driving a Lexus. The fit and finish are perfect, super quiet ride, every gadget you could want and then some. It is a tremendous value for the luxury you get. You have to test drive it to believe because I was skeptical as well. could not believe the difference.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Planning my retirement I decided to purchase this vehicle aligning my retirement with the vehicle being paid off. I had owned trucks before & knowing I would be doing side jobs I thought I'd rather go SUV instead of truck. As long as the seats could go down and allow me to put stock in the back. Hugo our salesman and manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us a SUV that met our specifications.
