Just had my 2013 Ford Fusion serviced. Couldn't be more pleased. They are always so polite. I don't usually like taking care of "guy" stuff but the staff at Bates are super nice and always make me feel comfortable. Completely satisfied!
WOW price includes all possible rebates and cash back offers. After you get over the fact that you don't qualify for those deals, the staff will negotiate and you can get it fairly close to WOW price. This took some time but the staff worked with me and allowed my wife and I to decide on which vehicle was right for us. Ramon was very helpful and had vehicles ready too test drive before we arrived. Overall employees were helpful and friendly.
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.
I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I bought my mercury from you 4 years ago. When I needed service I told them I was working in Tipton. Would they come get my car and bring it back to me when finished. They did I paid the delivery man. It was perfect.

All service items were performed in an acceptable amount of time and the charges were as I expected with no surprises. The only exception was concerning the battery replacement, which was concerning a warranty issue and the charges related to it. There was a slight communication issue which I take partial blame for. The issue was quickly resolved and the charges were adjusted accordingly, to my satisfaction. I feel that I was treated with due respect, as I have been with all previous visits. I don't feel that any additional service was forced on me, as has happened to me in previous experiences at other automotive service providers. I was even credited with a discount after I paid my bill. The credit was offered by E-mail while I was waiting for the services to be performed and I didn't read it until after I got home.This was very much appreciated and totally unexpected. I am amazed with your consideration and honesty.
Buying my new truck from Riata Ford in Manor, Tx was the easiest that I have ever experienced. Michael Jackson was great. He comes across jus like your next door neighbor. What they didn’t have on the lot that I liked, he checked with their other holding lot and found exactly what I was looking for. Also when signing the paperwork Ryan Fisher never pressured me into buying the extended coverage. Great job y’all.
Worth the drive from Okc! Smaller dealership without the lavish environment but that also means better prices and great customer service. We really enjoyed our experience in Chandler.
Quinton and Kyle couldn’t have been more helpful. I was emailing Kyle back and forth for a week or so now and went to go look at a 2014 GMC Sierra that they had. I didn’t leave with the Sierra but I did leave with a 2012 Ford king ranch f150! My very first ford and am loving it so far. These guys went above and beyond especially as far as financing and getting me in the right vehicle. I have gotten my last three pickups from Alexandria Motors and will definitely be back to get my fourth.

Our C-Max Energi 2013 model year Ford received its 40k service and windsheld was replaced.The rock crack occurred recently from flying rock from roadway while driving near Auburn,CA. The service and auto bodyshop/glass departments did well on doing the 40k and windsheld replacement.
