I have used this dealership for new car and used car purchases and follow up service since 1979. I have never been disappointed with either the personal, the service they provided or the vehicle I had purchased. Most recently I had my vehicle in for servicing and was wondering around looking at the 2017 models while waiting. I had been thinking that this might be the time to trade, but had a number of questions as to whether I should buy (which I always had done) or lease. Enter Erik Blad, a very delightful, knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. We spent about 30/40 minutes going through my questions and several Erik brought up that I hadn't thought of. During my earlier wondering though the Campbell lot I had found two Explorers that I was interested in. Erik and I went over both vehicles, during which he patiently and throughly explained the features of both vehicles. Erik's knowledge about buying versus leasing and about the vehicle features gave me the information I needed to make a decision - I turned in my older vehicle and left with a new 2017 Explorer.

An excellent vehicle for the entire family.

I read nothing but good reviews on Auto Park Ford in Bremen, IN. From the moment I arrived, Dana Dutoi was forthright, honest, and straight forward. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I had to travel to Chicago to purchase my other Challenger, and the difference in professionalism and fairness is monumental compared to the Illinois dealership. Dana, Jason Westafer, and Brent Easterday made the experience simple and fair. Dana I discussed the deal on the test drive with no back and forth or " let me see if we can do this" exchange most other dealerships put you through. If you are looking for a car and want to leave happy (even if you don't buy one) these guys are tops. I noticed the way they treated other customer's in the showroom and there was no deviance from person to person.

I bought this vehicle as a replacement for my Audi A4. It has excellent interior space and plenty of seats for the whole family. The truck has a smooth, solid ride and is very reliable. These trucks can easily make it to 200k miles with routine maintenance. If I could change one thing, it would be the fuel economy. That being said, what do you expect from a vehicle of this size. If you have a large family like me, it’s either this truck or a Honda Odyssey.
