I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
Sean Harvey is an excellent salesman, I truly appreciate his effort to get me into a vehicle that I liked, I appreciate his patience and that fact that he wasn't pressuring me into purchasing a car but more of making sure I could get what I was looking for!
Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.

We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!
I came in at 11:00am. I made two things clear: I wanted to purchase the vehicle, and I had to work from 5:30-6:30pm that afternoon. I needed to leave at 5:00. I was more than willing to come back after 6:30 to finish the transaction. I waited over 2 hours to get in the finance office, then I was late for work. I was told multiple times just 5-10 more minutes you will be in the finale office, and no way will you be late for work. FWI: financing a car takes longer than 5-10 minutes?
New mgmt. there has really made a difference, seems they are still working on hiring more salespeople but the process was good and transparent. I'm glad I gave them another look as I was very pleased with my purchase.
I came in on a Monday morning enjoyed great customer service from Yevgen, he allowed me to be in control of my experience. They were very patient and offered me coffee and didn???t force anything. This team was very upfront and did extra by keeping me informed on the process and procedures. I would recommend Yassine or Yevgen when purchasing a vehicle from this particular location.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
I recommended Bob Bell in Glen Burnie, the process to buy my car was easy and there was never pressure to buy additional warranties.. They fill my gas tank!!!
