Love this car for the comfort and room it has. It is a joy to drive.
I feel safe when driving it. Love everything about it.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

This car meets all my needs. It is a comfortable ride and sits high off the ground. The speakers are amazing. Love my new car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This is my 2nd Expedition and I love it!

I love driving this car. Love the EcoBoost! Far better than the V8 in earlier Expeditions. Interior is comfortable and I love all the options!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

I have a full size family so we need a full vehicle. I’ve always loved the look of an expedition. I’m so glad we bought it!!!!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This vehicle is everything I need and more. I transport twin sons and their Boy Scout companions to camps and other events and this has enough room to seat 7 full grown boys plus me and at least 4 fully packed backpacks without the need for any additional carrier. The push button ease of the 3rd row seats is wonderful - no more straining my back/neck pulling straps and hauling seats up and down. All of the power controls are very intuitive. I love the "infotainment" center with its large screen, easy controls, lots of usb ports and charging ports including a DC plug-in in the 2nd row! Rides like a dream, gets much better gas mileage than my 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan - LOTS better. Road noise is a non-issue, stereo sounds amazing, power moonroof is alot of fun. The venting back windows are such a great idea for air flow/climate management. The engine drives like a dream - even at 95mph. Smooth as silk. Responsive, luxurious, powerful and beautiful. I love my Expedition!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This car has a ton of room. Drives very smooth for a truck and has a ton of power. Quiet cabin while driving. Stereo is lacking quality sound
After I was low balled by KBB, I decided to sell my car privately. Carvana made me a fair market value price. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable. I truly recommend them.

We test drive other vehicles in this category (suburban) and we're just not impressed. For the money you get a whole lot more from Ford and a much nicer ride. I'm a Chevy guy and this Ford is pretty awesome.
We had an amazing experience with our salesman, Chris! He was more than willing to help and was so patient with us. He was more than willing to show us as many cars as we wanted and answer any questions we might have had. I would recommend Lynch to all of my friends and especially Chris!

It’s large and powerful. Holds a lot of cargo and people. I like the auto stepside and the sound system. It’s been a reliable car.
Stopped in last nite to test drive a couple vehicles. Anthony Walker was extremley helpful and not pushy. Drove away last nite with a Nissan Rouge. Finance department was also very pleasant t deal with
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. I cannot think of enough nice things to say about my experience. From the moment I parked on the lot to the time I left, I felt like royalty. Every single employee here was amazing and treated me with the upmost respect and like family.
Chris Noa by far is who everyone should work with. His manager Ben was on top of his game as well and read me right off the bat. Ben went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He set me up with Chris and then Chris took it from there.
The entire experience of buying a car can be stressful and difficult. These guys made it actually fun and in the end if I had not bought the vehicle, I still met some great people and had a great time. The good news was I did buy the vehicle and I truly believe it was because we just worked together understanding each other’s side from a business to consumer and made it painless.
The car was exactly as described, the employees were top notch, and the facility looked amazing.
However these employees can be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond should be done.
For anyone looking even just to acquire some information and/or browse, don’t be afraid to talk to these guys. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of nor that I was bothering them. Don’t shy away from getting information to make a good decision on what’s right for you.
Again I can’t say enough. Chris and Ben are elite and deserve much kudos to making my evening a great one and a very happy customer.
