The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
Today 6/19/2018 we bought a 2008 chevy impala. Woe what a dream. Price was out of my range but with some negotiating and the patience of jason the manager and Robert the sales guru they helped my family buy a car in my price range and a dream car. Go to them. They won't steer you wrong and will work with you for anything.!! They have nice used vehicles.!!!

I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.
Greg has been my service adviser since I moved to Seattle from the motor city almost 10 years ago. Having lived in Michigan for 20 yrs, owning Ford cars for the majority of my life, and having worked for Ford through a contracted company, I know what excellent Ford service is and Greg as always provided me with that. He has arranged a rental car when needed or figured out ways to still take care of my car while saving me money. I had someone else take care of me and my car one time when Greg was on vacation and it wasn’t the same. I don’t want another service advisor besides him.
I recently bought an Audi A6 from these guys and I was really surprised how easy the whole process was, from start to finish. When I first came in to check out the car, the sales guys didn't attack me like most dealerships. They were really kind a helpful, they are also super laid back about test drives, which I loved! After I came back to buy the car, the process was really fast and simple. I also enjoyed working with the staff after I bought the car. I had some additional requests about some of the interior pieces, they agreed to help me out and fix all the things I asked them about! And they definitely don't cheap out on anything! Even on the small things, like replacing a simple MMI knob, they wont go to some cheap service center, they take it to a certified Audi Dealership, and that was really important to me because I was buying an expensive german car. Huge thanks to Thomas and Banko for being really responsive and helpful with all my requests!
Steve and Rob were very pleasant to work with. They were very helpful in trying to find the truck that we needed for our family. They gave us a fair trade on our trucks and we’ll definitely come back to Fugate in the future.
